Every holiday season — from 1986 to 2014 (!) — Darlene Love used to perform “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” on the old Late Night with David Letterman/Late Show with David Letterman shows. And here she is just recently on the Tonight Show along with Paul Shaffer and Steven Van Zandt. At 84, Love is looking and sounding fine.

ive got some projects i want to get done around the house this week to get a good start on the year.
washer/dryer being installed tomorrow. just cleaned out my spice cabinet. about to clean the attic a bit and put some stuff up there and maybe clean out the fridge tonight.

contemplating leaving the fridge for thursday since trash is friday and maybe do the pantry tonight instead

a lot of people saying that video is AI but i haven't bothered to inspect it to verify.

i know at least with IG and FB reels, if a video is blantant AI created for views, i hide/block etc

just cleaned up an email address. unsubscribed from some junk mail etc.
threw some laundry on, changed the bed linens. trying to be a functional adult this year.

put the dishes away and now i'm gonna tidy up a bit.

Watching the video a few times, it's gotta be either the most impressively flexible cat in the world, or it's AI.

I know cats are very flexible, but that cat's body is twisted too much for it to come out of the tube like that. It's standing on the front two legs while the back half is nearly 180 degrees different.

Over 20% of new YouTube accounts last year were AI channels and the head of Insta admits that AI content has flooded their platform (it couldn't be because they and their parent company openly embraced it).
