Oh, I thought you were just name dropping superheroes at that point and jumped over to Scarlet Witch.
I was inspired by the nickname of the Flash; the Scarlet Speedster. Flash Hamm sounds awful.

Whether one agrees or not as a fellow actor that you are/were better in a specific role, to call someone out on public domain is pretty bad form.

I'm pretty sure he's joking. Hence the wink.

Jessica Chastain

Jessica Chastain was my nanny.

Rumors abound that Chastain is a lot older than she appears, which are indeed true. I first met her when I was a goddamn baby trying to reach my ma's sloppy but joyful breasts. Many years went by and I grew older; our love also blossomed into a beautiful abyss. I was nine by then and we had many beautiful dreams about our future together. I expect her to be there and make sure that everything is cool for me. You know, like drawing my bath and helping me into bed. That's the kind of job she had and, in return for it, she can bear my children and if any man talks bad to her, I'll hit him. She met a hustler by the name of Ra's al Ghul, he took her away from me and that was it, I nevah saw her again until she started appearing in the movies.

It all started at a garden party in Bloomfield, when she noticed a significant decline in cognitive function and motor skills. Over the ensuing weeks, the pace of the decline only picked up speed, as she started covering herself in shawls and making her way through shopping malls in one of those scooter things. Her chambermaid says she sits by the window now, fretting over the looming war with Germany and she can't even touch her needlework.

Anthony Hopkins and I continue to hunt her but she manages to escape our many ploys to get her. She should be close to a hundred years old by now. That beautiful damn redheaded vampire.

It doesn't look good, folks.

Is it that good? I was hyped about it but when I saw the trailer I thought the animation was kinda weird.

lol I'm fine with it. :oldrazz:

It's probably the because of the picture they chose, but she reminds me of Margot a little bit.View attachment 10273

Most definitely the reason why they chose her; "Hey, do we have anyone who looks like Margot Kidder???"

When it comes to the Superman franchise, particularly on TV, the mantra seems to be "let's play it as safe as humanly possible"; the more Reeve-nostalgia filled and familiar they can make it, the better.

Boring.

Watching The Death of Superman. I can't get past the fact that Rainn Wilson's Lex Luthor sounds a little bit like Kevin Spacey.

Smallville didn't really play it safe, which is why I guess a lot of people hated it. lol

It's done by the head writer of ATLA seasons 2 and 3 + the guy behind GLTAS. 5 minutes into the first episode and it all feels so familiar. They even call this season by "Book" The animation is a bit choppy, but they do make up for it by actually being able to afford really detailed characters and backgrounds + the action is top-tier.
