I can already see ScreenRant and co after reading Reeves tweet, putting "articles" like
"Is Spoiler going to be on the Batman movie?", "Did Reeves just hint that Tim and Jason are going to appear in the solo Batman movie?".

At this point I'll take "boring" over whatever the ongoing car crash is with the film division, unfortunately. Hopefully we get confirmation of something soon.

That's your preference and that's cool, but I'll take a daring movie that tries something new over 20 "comfort food" ones.

I know there were many similarities but the show always tried to be its own thing. Its tendency to stray from the classic mythos and reimagine most of the characters in a modern way was one of the main reasons many fans looked down on it so much. It was cool to bash that show long before it became cool to bash Cavill's Superman. And you used to hear some of the same type of complaints, this guy is Clark Kent in name only, the "real Superman" would never do this or that, they take more time to try to expand their version of the DCU, as opposed to write the main characters better, etc. I started hearing those complaints 15+ years ago, to think I would still hear them today about the cinematic universe this time, feels really nostalgic to me. lol

No, I get where you're coming from; at the time I disliked it for the same reason I appreciate nowadays, what you say, that they were doing their own thing.

I disliked some things of the show simply because I didn't like the execution or because of my personal preference on some aspects (and I never liked Welling as an actor, while really liking most of his supporting cast); I think if anything, it annoyed me that they wouldn't completely go for their "own thing" and recycled so many things from the Reeve's movies.

But again, that's just my personal preference, I would never tell people they're wrong for liking what they like; only jerks do that

When Toby Emmerich and a bunch of other folks took over, that kept being repeated as their mission statement. They want to make streaming-focused content.

I'be fine with the gritty tone of Titans if the trailer didn't look that cheap.

I don’t think gritty is inherently a problem, but here it seems very much like its overcompensating.

I'm surprised they're aren't marketing Young Justice even more as it has a solid and loyal fanbase

It doesn’t start until next year. They probably should have held off until then.

Back from "The Predator". I enjoyed it. The ending scene though.....Made me roll my eyes so hard.

I liked it too.

The ending didn't work, but had a good time. A solid 7.

Mandy would make a great double feature with The Devil's Candy. You should check it out, if you haven't already. It was on netflix last time I checked.

Finally finished Spider-Man. Good game.

Spoiler: A quick thought

I do think they may have stuffed a bit too much in this game, though. I think some of the stuff that happened in this game could have been paced out a bit more as to give the sequel a bit more oomph. There were aspects of this game (Dr. Ocatvius, Sinister 6, Aunt May, and Miles) that could have begun in this game and then continued in a sequel.
