After watching Doctor Sleep, it be a missed opportunity to not get Mike Flanagan direct ANY DC flick. Hell, he has admitted to wanting to direct one himself. Flanagan might be one of only five bald bastahs who get no hate from me. Talented director with good enough game to bag Kate Siegel. All the cred.

One more thing! Cliff Curtis always makes me smile/nod when ever he shows up in pretty much everything. The unsung hero of a lot of movies/tv episodes. He'd be my choice for Martian Manhunter. Get him some cbm cash in his pocket, the man deserves it.

Funny enough, Carl Lumbly, who voiced Martian Manhunter in the DCAU, appears in Doctor Sleep. He plays the cook from the first movie.

No, but it has mostly sucked, imo. Deathstroke, Conner and Krypto have been the only bright spots. All the stuff with the main team has been dull as dishwater. They need a new showrunner who actually wants to make a Titans show.

The problem is, they're all over the place. They are serving too many storylines for one show, thereby diluting the impact of any one story.

They really lack a coherent vision.

Johns is a co-creator, but Greg Walker is the showrunner. Johns has never been showrunner on any shows he's been attached to (until Stargirl).
