It hurts still to this day.@Calvin Ellis
Dude, I don't think I'll make it to the final season of HIMYM. I'm at S7E10 and Robin just broke Barney's heart and I can't watch any more of this. I'll watch the rest of S7 & S8 but I'm already feeling bummed about what will happen next.
I think I finally feel what you have felt all these yearsThe writers screwed my man Barney. F**k the rest of this show

I can answer that anger and heartbreak. That finale is known as one of the worst finales in history of television. When they finally realized how bad they screwed up they had to rush and put out an alternate ending for the dvd. Fans were and still are upset about that. Because the mother was so likable and Barney and Robin were perfect together and showed that since season 1 when they hung out all day. I can't talk about it anymore I get upset thinking about this. This is the only tv show besides Smallville that I get upset about.I never watched HIMYM outside of the odd episode here or there, but when I heard what they did in the finale, it made even ME mad, lol. I can't imagine what loyal viewers must have felt like after watching that.
Best way to do it is watch up until Ted meets the mom and then skip the rest go to YouTube and find the alternate ending.I'll stick with the show for nao but once I'll drop it once Barney & Robin gets back together again.
I don't want the heartbreak
Also, It's super difficult to watch other things when I'm binge watching a tv show (especially when I hafta watch 9 seasons). I haven't been able to watch a planned MonsterVerse marathon for more than 4 days. It's kkkrazzzy but I just can't seem to make time for the movies and I always end up watching HIMYM. I'm addicted.
Thinking about this Baltic.

I hope you show them Alex Ross's art too.Started reading Kingdom Come last night to my boys. I haven’t read through it in years. They really need to make a live action version.
They solo comic issue he drew during the sequel in JSA for Kingdom Come Superman was great.Kingdom Come is one to revisit. Got go re-read it soon. When Alex Ross draws and inks, they could just release a picture book with no words and it will be phenomenal.
I disagree with this, because the art is not good enough to motivate me to read the story. The height of brightness in every panel I looked at turns me away from reading the story. The art is much better than the writing.
Yea my oldest loves it. Heck of a little artist himself.I hope you show them Alex Ross's art too.
Welp, it finally happened folks. I finally walked by ass naked in the background of my girl's zoom meeting. You always think it can't happen to you...until it does.

I’ll be relieved if we never get anything like Apokolips War on the big screen. I guess it kinda worked for the animated movies and I say this as someone who was never really emotionally invested in this new 52 animated universe they’ve been doing, but I have no interest in seeing a lot of what was in it in live action.
It’s not bad in terms of a universe ending event, but i just hate what they did with a lot of the characters. but its really good from the POV of someone who isn't really invested in this specific universe to begin with.I was about to buy Apokolips War on VOD today. Is it worth it, it looks real good.
I thought that it was good but it for the most part is similar to Snyder's plans for the DCEU minus evil Superman just switch Superman and Batman's roles in Snyder's planned movie. Had some great Superman moments.I was about to buy Apokolips War on VOD today. Is it worth it, it looks real good.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow is supposed to be the start of a new universe. It’s not bad in terms of a universe ending event, but i just hate what they did with a lot of the characters. but its really good from the POV of someone who isn't really invested in this specific universe to begin with.
I'd give it a watch for sure.
