Harris has been called out several times by other Democrats for her misdeeds in California. Biden, well, he had years recorded on video going with which ever way the wind blows.

^ there's also the FEC rule if a third party candidate gets over 5% of the popular vote, they will get federal funding for next election cycle.
gary johnson in 2016 probably got the closest to that percentage.

Supposedly being physically violent with his ex-wife Amber Heard. But all the evidence (witness testimonies, audio recordings and Amber Heard's previous relationship) all point to Heard being a total sociopath who lied about the whole thing and was actually the one who was physically as well as mentally abusive towards Depp.
