Lounge of Justice - Part 90

Stupid question of the day:
A hurricane is a thing or an event?

I mean, it's a phenomena. But are phenomenas things or events?

Or a situation?

Well, events are just things that happen. So a happening, y'know?

"Situation" can be used as a synonym.

The gif you used is one of the most boringly colored shots I can think I've seen from a film. How much of the footage from Oblivion is this boring to look at?

Other than Ezra, nobody else has been problematic.
Wasn’t Affleck accused of sexual assault by Hilary Burton(Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s wife). And according to who I believe is Rose McGowan Affleck was aware about Harvey Weinstein’s rape and did nothing to stop it. And not mention Gal Gadot’s stance on the Israel-Palestinian conflict. So to say that only Ezra has been problematic is totally false.

I wouldn’t consider those things as problematic IMO. Nobody has been arrested like Ezra. Rose McGowan is a whole different situation by herself…

all of that just seems like a bunch of unfortunate outliers that have nothing to do with their respective castings. Snyder hired these people to play parts in his films, we're not meant to know everything there is to know about them. Just a lot of unrelated scenarios that can be tied back to these movies because, well, everyone loves the drama surrounding them for whatever reason.

So every director is responsible for the behavior of the people in his/her films even when it was years removed from said films? That seems like a pretty ridiculous standard.

This is all on Ezra Miller. he an adult who is responsible for his own actions. If anyone thinks this will affect flash or fantastic beats is jus been dramatic. beside the flash film is not due to next year when most would have forgotten about this

Of course not, there’s no way Snyder would even know about any of this, or these weren’t issues when he was cast. I’m not making any judgements on Snyder as my initial post was more of a joke on Snyder’s luck with casting people who end up in scandals.

Yeah…but who knows what kind of trouble Ezra could run into next between now and when Flash releases.

Oh I know. My initial post was kind of a joke, really. Looking back, I kind of wish I used the laugh emoji.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade in the Spidey forums, but man, NWH does NOT hold up well on repeat viewing at home. I saw it once in theaters and had a blast, but it really was like a theme park ride.

Without all of the excitement, cheering, and applause from the audience, the movie is ROUGH, awkward, and does not look good at all -- particularly when it comes to the big finale.

I didn't like it the first time at all. Seeing Tobey and Garfield was cool tho, but thats pretty much it. I also dont goddamn understand how and why the suits look so cgiiish, when we got pics of them on set in the practical suits. I will say it again tho, Holland does nothing for me as Spidey.

From everything I read about how they handle the multiverse (mostly based on the Morbius stuff) I am glad I didn't waste time on that film. Good lord and I thought the "Post 52" DC Multiverse backstory was a mess!
