So on reddit someone involved in the JL VFX is leaking the deleted VFX scenes. It looks like there was a whole lot more Flash and Cyborg stuff. That's just so far.

CNN says David Cassidy is dying. Who else are we going to lose? :(

Today marks the 13th anniversary of one of the greatest games ever made

Tsujihara gave us the Buck cut of JL.

You can see there's a deeper film there with even more character stuff that was cut out. And the character stuff both with what was there from Snyder and what Joss added was the film's big strength. But they edited it way too much. I am honestly surprised in putting it together that Whedon didn't fight more to keep in more material. I had a good time, there are some parts that are amazing but the suits seemed so gunshy from the rending of clothes and gnashing of teeth from the online world that it was paired down to a minimum. And I still feel that Whedon changed the aspect ratio for some reason and it effects the feeling of scope for too many scenes. C'est la vie.

Some scenes from the trailers and tv spots weren't in the movie. Like Cyborg's flashbacks to before he was part machine, the scene with Iris West, Bruce referencing the knightmare scene from BvS. Although the knightmare scene not being referenced might be a good thing. Because Justice League does contradict that scene a bit. [BLACKOUT]When Steppenwolf starts terraforming the earth, the sky turns read and alien tentacles emerge from the ground[/BLACKOUT]. In BvS, the changed earth was a Mad Max style wasteland with firepits and Darkseid's omega symbol imprinted on the landscape.

I understood that as being pretty far off time-wise to justify the difference in aesthetic. Heck, both Batman and Superman have amassed armies since whenever it is the fallout took place.

The person is describing all the scenes that were cut or edited down. This one should have stayed in.
After taking the Mother Box from Themiscyra, Steppenwolf actually "talks" to the Box. His mother, Heggra's essence is alive in the Mother Boxes and bringing them all together would unleash her powers - finally giving Steppenwolf an edge over his younger brother - Darkseid. That is what his plan was originally. I thought for sure that they would keep this scene in because they used a dialogue from this scene in the trailers - "No protectors here. No Lanterns. This world will fall. You will be free, mother."
I think they should have kept this in the movie. it would definitely explain why he [BLACKOUT]referred to the motherbox like it was a person during the scene on Themiscyra and it would add something more to his character other than the" I'm here to conquer this world" vibe.[/BLACKOUT]

We don't belong in the ocean. Or the sky. Or space. But damn it, we'll find ways of killing ourselves by going to these places.

The thing about pain is that it lets you know you're dead yet. :p

That was one of the best lines from the trailer. :csad:

Should have kept all this stuff and more.

Saoirse Ronan is hosting SNL Dec. 2. This is going to be my favorite December ever.

Now to continue the curse put upon me by an old gypsy...

It's true though. According to infomercials we all should die from every single mundane activity under the sun... Including simply walking under the sun.

The truth is that there is no real crime in Detroit. It's all just cops going undercover as drug dealers and buyers.

Hmm... Yes... That documentary about Axel Foley began in just the same way.

I've adapted to the sky, ocean, and space.

Next.

Watching episode 4 of the Punisher. Yeah these reviews... this is a ton better then Luke Cage. Maybe the best so far imo.
