My roommate i an older lady and she is trying to figure out why her ancient Blu-Ray player with a WiFi attachment isn't working. I told her the other day it's just shot and old but she was on the phone w/ Verizon Fios customer service trying to figure it out.

It's just broke, I already looked at it and if I can't figure out what's wrong those 2 old people sure as hell aren't. They were entering the damn IP address into it haha

...Mine doesn't have wifi...I'd need to buy one of those adapters too

Everything else in the house connected to WiFi works, her phone, my phone, my laptop, etc. I told her if that one thing isn't working than that one thing is broken.
