English football fans beat each other up all the time.

I've never been big into sports in general. Football fans kinda freak me out with their passion. To me it seems like modern tribalism.

I'm not from the States or a Baseball fan... so someone tell me, what's so bad about the yankees?

Nothing. I was born in the Bronx and I love the Yankees, even though they stink this year.

The Yankees have won 26 World Series championships, which is more than any other team in baseball, which also means we have PO'd the fans of every other team and they pretty much hate us for everything. If I was from anywhere else, I'd probably hate them too.

What's funny is that now that the Red Sox are finally winning, they sound exactly like Yankee fans when we were winning 10 years ago.
