There are plenty - but off the top off my head I can think of

Taskaster, Batroc, Slaymaster, Tarantula, Karnac, Misty Knight, Kingpin, Mandarin, Psylocke, Stick, Daredevil, Mantis...........

I don't know who Shang Shai is, but besides Iron Fist, there's Shang-Chi, Wolverine, Moon Knight, Silver Samurai, Captain America, Orson Randall, Colleen Wing, Misty Knight, Cyclops, Gambit, Storm, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Black Widow, Bucky, Deadpool, Daredevil, Elektra, Stick, Black Panther, Taskmaster, Typhoid Mary, Jessica Drew, Crossbones, Batroc the Leaper, Hercules, Ares, Thor, Hawkeye, Echo, Wong, Moondragon, Hellcat, Black Knight, Swordsman, Paladin, Nick Fury, Pyslocke, Shinobi Shaw, Spiral, U.S. Agent, Agent X, Cable, Blaquesmith, Domino, Mystique, Sabretooth, Maverick, Wild Child, Havok, Jubilee, Sunfire, Northstar, Sersi, Shatterstar, Warpath, the Punisher, Silver Sable and Nighthawk among many, many others.

And they teamed up with Spidey to fight the Steel Serpent, who is another martial art master.

Well, they do know how to fight, and have had formal training. That's really the main criteria for being a martial artist. Martial arts are, quite literally, the art of fighting. It isn't just an Asian thing.

Maybe not eastern martial artists but yes, I mean, they are both masters of systematic hand to hand combat, although they are rarely portrayed in this manner.

I think the topic wasn't clarified enough. Whoever started this was probably asking for people who focused specifically on martial arts, like Iron Fist, or Shang Chi or Daredevil or Elektra.

I think the guy ment like, thats all they did. They didn't have any powers other than things they learned via martial arts.

some more martial artists: The Champion, Kang The Conqueror, Rick Jones, The Prowler

most Avengers members past and present are novice to intermediate level martial artists, due to Captain America training all of the avengers in combat to varying degrees.

I know that at least: Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Hawkeye, Rick Jones and a few others were all trained in Judo and various other martial arts by Cap. None were trained to master level, but most enough to be considered martial artists.

Thor's mastered every form of combat known in Asgard and Hercules is pretty much the undisputed master of ancient Greek wrestling.
