Who do you think is the most under-rated chracter in the MU?

Now character with most potential is iceman but I always hate what they do with him

Similar to Count Nefaria, I think Graviton needs more respect. He's potentially more powerfull than just about anyone. He could easilly be at Magneto's level.
Same with Electro. These guys everyone (in the MU at least) treats like a joke despite the fact that with their powers they could be practically unbeatable.

I could just imagine a supervillain team consisting of
Magneto, Electro, Graviton and Absorbing man (yes i realise he doesnt really fit but I couldnt think of a better fourth and Creel should also be a lot tougher than he is)

OK, realy though I think Constrictor seems cool, he could be used more and in better ways.

Scarlet Witch is very underrated. Every once and a while she has a story that makes her a complete badass character but most of the time she's just a back ground character who does very little in the main story arcs. I wish they would make up their minds about a few things like how powerful is she? How much control does she have over her mutant abilities? How powerful are her arcane abilities and how much knowledge does she have in that area?

Wonderman is a good character and needs more spotlight. I've been disapointed with his portrayal in CW.

The Sentry for all his power is really under-rated

I agree about Graviton and Electro though
