Would you see a Martian Manhunter Movie????


the first dfilm will introduce him and the martian back story along with his brother also coming down to earth and try and either destroy it or try and take it over thats wen jonn needs to come out and take down his brother .

the 2nd one would deal with jemm son of saurn and coming here at first believeing eachother to be enemies because of there past history and eventually coming down to terms

the 3rd one would be jonn confronting his inner fear of fire and awakening fernus now with no one to stop him he would have no control over himself and he would start to attack and destroy his city, jemm would come and telepthically save jonn within his own mind were jonn would have to battle fernus in an astral plane, then to atually seperate and take him down and rid himself of his fear once and for all

While I would definitely love a well-made MM movie, I'm skeptical about anything like that coming out anytime soon, considering the money needed to show his powers (shapeshifting, density manipulation, etc.)

Umm... just not the ones you described. I like the Mal'efic idea and the Fernus stuff, but the second movie would have to be a white martian invasion.

I'd love to see a Martian Manhunter film. I'd rather want it to be a sci-fi/crime thriller type movie. It could start off revealing that he had already arrived on Earth years ago after the destruction of his race, and upon his arrival he has become a detective (a la John Jones). He could be all moody and such about the fact that he thinks he's all alone in the universe, and when recent crimes that appear connected to his race start happening, he gets ready to figure out what's going on.

Add some alien figures, creepy images, car chases, and the introduction of the FBI (or some other government agencythat might be trying to get to the bottom of the alien stuff or whatever) and you got a good flick in my opinion.

I think the concept of a Martian Manhunter movie is to unrealistic for WB. If they made it they would change a lot of stuff.

Of course I'd see it. I'd much prefer the White Martian Invasion version, not any of that other stuff listed. And I think it's a one shot deal, not a franchise concept. I outlined a script for one today, actually. Someday I'll get around to writing it. I don't know that we'll ever see THE MARTIAN MANHUNTER, but it'd sure be cool.

Martian Manhunter is a good character but not really worthy of his own film. If it was made it would end up being near catwoman level of bad.
