From Fractions USA Today interivew:

The core book will feature the classic Fantastic Four on a road trip with Reed and Sue Richards' children while "FF" will debut a new team hand-picked by the Four after a mysterious time-travel incident occurs to spook the original team. That new team will be Ant-Man Scott Lang (Reed's pick), She-Hulk (Thing's), Medusa (Sue's) and Miss Thing (Johnny's pick of a "Lohan-esque celebutante blonde" he throws into the mix).

Fraction also said that with the Fantastic Four gone, that their rogues will come out of the wood works to confront these imposters. That part I'm looking forward to seeing how their classic villains react to the new FF.

I can't look at Miss....Thing. At least change it up so it looks less...hnng...bleh. I'm sorry that's just laughable, and also a big target. "She's nigh invulnerable except for her tiny totally exposed head!"

I'd probably have more interest in this book if it was the actual original 5 getting together again instead of these time hopping yahoos. There's a ton of potential with using the O5 in their current state.

There's tension and friction between Scott and Hank, Scott and Bobby, Warren is not the same man they once new, Jean (provided she came back from the dead) and Scott would be in a weird place, Bobby used to be the immature guy in the group could end up being the adult while everybody else is at odds, the possibilities are endless. They would have to put differences aside for the good of the mutant race.

Man..seems like a cool opportunity to bring back Sharon Ventura..a character who was seriously "wronged" in her treatment by Marvel.

I was not a huge fan of her, but even less so how she was treated.

In the interview with Fraction I read, it seemed like Miss Thing is just some celeb left behind after a night of Torch love. So she isn't really chosen.

I am not interested in the current FF roster. However, if they made it a rotating cast, with each creative team or story arc bringing in a new team (or bringing the "New Fantastic Four" back together for an arc), I may check it out from time to time.

How many of you guys are interested in picking up the new Cap book? Remender's plans for the book sound interesting, and he says he's got at least 2 years of stories planned. I'm not that interested in Zola, but I'm sure he can make him work.

Apocalypse was one of my least favourite X-men villains until Uncanny X-force, so who knows what he'll do with Zola. I don't know how I feel about the Green Skull.

I became a Cap fan with Brubaker and I became a Remender fan because of his work on Unanny X-Force. So yeah I'm eagerly anticipating what he's got planned. I just wish they'd decide on one design for these people. In one article we have Opena, Cassady, and Romita, and they all look different!
