i don't even think painting it could save the hasblow doom

i just dont get why you dont like the hasbro doom, it looks awsome to me
is it because of the sigma 6 joints?
b/c i think those kinda work on a guy in armor
is it the mask, b/c the mask looks like doom to me, i mean its been drawn so many ways that you cant say it doesnt look like doom
and if its just b/c of the paint, repaint it, its not hard,i just might, but right now im pretty happy w it

the joints, the HUGE big clasps on his hood... and the cheap looking plastic with zero wash

No washes/dry-brushing it what makes some of these figs look so damn crappy. They're too much like reg toys whereas the TB Legends looked more like collector figures for the most part.

exactly... the sculpts for figs are great.. i mean hell that X3 Angel sculpt was beyond amazing... but we all know hasbro would pour cheap plastic into the mold.. and give it a half assed paint job and ruin the fig...

Exactly. From now on most of the HML figs I decide to get will need some sort of mod, mainly paint mods.

some havent been really that bad though... others very

like emma for instance.. her body is fine... and the wash looks good, its just the head thats messed up.

another good/decent one is annihilus, blob, Xorn, etc... those were on par with many toybiz figs... (kitty pryde, Ast Colossus, pyro) who all had really no wash just a decent face

thor looks badass... so getting that. and Zombie spidey should ship this week.. so next week we will most likely start really seeing him pop up

the armor turned out well, but i don't care for the head sculpt or the way they painted the eyes.

the only thing i could say about it is the head could've been a bit wider....not a lot, just a bit. otherwise, he looks great and i'll be getting him.
