Marvel should Pay off other studios for its licenses

it would be interesting if Marvel/Disney were more aggressive in getting releases for the Fox-licensed characters (and any other studio with a lingering property.. sub-mariner at universal?), but they probably don't want to get bogged into nasty ongoing lawsuits if the other studios balk at the initial offer..

Right now the X-Men franchise seems to be the hottest licensed property.. who knows.. maybe marvel/disney folk can convince the Fox-folk to let go of daredevil/elektra, Fantastic Four/silver surfer, etc., or ease into something like a shared distribution deal or split video rights.. I just don't see a DD-reboot or FF reboot around the corner.. not really..

Sub Mariner is with Marvel...Universal has no properties

There doesnt need to be a DD reboot or FF reboot around the corner. The only property that was under the gun was Ghost Rider and they were seeing if Cage was going to be available. There is a screenwriter doing a pass on DD.
