I think he does a Great job as Bullseye.
He also has a some what small role in Untamed on Netflix, but I enjoyed his appearance there as well.

I was really disappointed to see in the flashback of season 1 that all after all the murders he committed, he was in a mental institution yet only after allegedly murdering Foggy + numerous patrons at Josie's is when he's sentenced to life in prison
