If they can get Deadpool and Nick Fury in the game, I don't see why the Punisher would be off-limits. Why was he left off the first game? Was it released really close to his movie game or something?

I think at the time THQ had him under license for rights to use him in games and for all I know he still is. They'll probably say this time around that Punisher: War Zone didn't do good enough in the box office indicating hes not popular. I think theres some Punisher game coming for the PS3 thats multiplayer based only but I dunno if it'll have the same affect as what happen for MUA.

Well, he wouldn't have any swords or anything like Blade. But yeah, he'd be functionally the same as Nick Fury. All things considered, though, I'd prefer the Punisher over Fury. Fury's more of an overseer than a hands-on fighter.

Fury could work better as a helper like Corsair or even Fury and Dugan and some SHIELD agents.

It's heroes only from the beginning (not including DLC) Green Goblin & Venom are in this because they were Thunderbolts, before GG sorta took over the MU.

that's great. but, although he is my favorite, I didn't like his design in the first game.

Well it has beensaid that many of the characters from the first MUA are being overhauled for the sequel, which I'm sure would have to include Venom
I think there were a lot of disappointed fans with him the last time around

Yeah, that was great. I hope they still have the current comic costumes as alternates, at the very least, though. Preferrably, they could do away with the 4-costume rule and give every character every major costume they've ever had. It wouldn't be too many for most of the characters, and ones with excessive costumes, like the Wasp and Hank Pym, could be limited to just really, really well known ones.

3 months till supposed release and STILL no info. I know the economy is rough, but Activision cant do any type of promotion? As I said a few weeks ago, I have a strong feeling that it wont be a Q1 title. Im surprised not much else has been said about this

activision has never really been known to promote much about there marvel games till like a few weeks before its release..

Hey what's Penance's power? I know he used to be Speed Ball (really didn't understand him then either) but what does he do beside endure pain? Is he superstrong, fast, mental power, or smell bad? What this guy do?
