Yeah, it was basically a direct copy of the XML/MUA games, but with DC characters and you could only have teams of 2 instead of 4. That last part sort of sucked, but overall it was a good game.

This isn't an Avengers game with the X-Men taking up slots. This is a game about characters from across the Marvel Universe. If the X-Men shouldn't be in this game because they already had their own games in the past, then let's also exclude Spider-Man and the Fantastic 4.

Exactly my point. The X-Men are a tiny percentage out of hundreds of Marvel characters. I'm not saying they shouldn't be in the game, they just shouldn't take up too many character slots as to prevent other Marvel characters who havn't had the chance to be played yet. Spidey and the FF have still only been playable in one MUA/XML style game, yet Wolverine, Storm etc will now have been in four.

Again, i'm not saying to have no X-Men, just no more than say 2 for the core game.

I say with Wolverine counting as an Avenger and Storm counting as part of the Fan4 during Civil War, it couldn't hurt to have a couple of other X-Men in the game. I mean, we're talking about roughly 4 characters out of 24+. It's not like anyone is asking for half of the cast to consist of X-Men. Hell, 4 out of 24 is only a 6th of the cast.

Can't Cable and Deadpool count? Give Deadpool is X-men uniforms, even (both of them ). Though I'd love to see Cyclops and Emma Frost thrown in as well since they're pretty damn important and to not have them would be like excluding Cap and Iron Man in an Avengers game.

Deadpool's been an honorary X-man so I don't see why he can't count.

Oh yeah! I'm still pulling for Cloak and Dagger and Multiple-Man. Anyone ever think that Cloak and Dagger should joing a team like Young Avengers, or Runaways? I doubt they'd join the Initiative after they worked so hard against it.

It depends on what age the story tellers want to make them: e.g. how long has Tim Drake been Robin, how long has Reed Richards been slightly gray on the sides, how old is Iron Man? Currently he is on TV as a Teenager.

I think this was the second arc of Cable & Deadpool. Don't remember the name but I do remember Cable growing uber powerful and the X-men needed Deadpool's help because he could lead them to him by teleporting. Rrrreally awesome arc. Can't emphasize enough how good this book was.

According to the Wikipedia page for MUA2. Wolverine, Storm, Cable, Bishop and Multiple Man are the X-Men characters confirmed for MUA2 but it has not yet been announced whether Cable, Bishop and Multiple Man are playable or non-playable.

Actually, he was never an official X-Man. Hank and Logan just messed with him. They had a bet whether he'd hurl when he woke up or really think he was part of the team.

Well if they really want the best representatives of the X-men, they really need the heads of it. (Cyclops, Emma, Beast, Storm, Wolverine, Angel)

Personally as for "x-men" i don't think deadpool, cable, or bishop would sit well with me, neither would storm or wolverine for the fact there all over the MU now.

So for me, the X-men I feel are a must, that are not these. would be...

Cyclops, Emma, Beast and Angel would be the best representatives. Though I would also quite enjoy... (Colossus, Iceman, Nightcrawler, Gambit, Rogue, Xavier (in wheel chair), Psylocke, Jean Grey/Phoenix, Banshee, etc...)

I also wouldnt mind if we got 4 representatives of the younger X-men (Rockslide, Dust, Surge, and either Hellion, Mercury, Elixer, or Pixie)

random mutants I would personally enjoy as well (Multiple man, Marrow, Domino, Mystique, Toad, Avalanche, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Havok, Polaris)

I don't think you can count DP as a X-Man, he just drifts in and out of their stories. You can't say he has a allegiance to anyone, maybe Cable and Domino.
