Doubtful. I doubt they'd do anything about it now, let alone after the game's already started making them money. They'll give us a song and dance about how it'd be too hard to patch while laughing at fans for expecting a simple, sensible feature to be included after we've already proven that we'll buy the game anyway.

I haven't heard of one... and my local Gamestop told me that when they open at 8 tomorrow I can pick it up via text a while ago. So at least not where I'm at.

Depends on your store, I know my cousins Gamestop is opening at midnight for the game but mine isn't. Just depends on how many pre orders each store got for the game.

Make sure your Walmart has it cause Ive had bad experiences where Walmart didnt get a game until almost a week after it came out. Its not always like that but Ive had a few experiences in the past.

so i traded in some games i didnt play anymore at game stop... and i must say i got friggin bank. and i'm essentially only going to have made $25 for this game at the end of it all...

at comic con they gave me a $5 gift card for pre-ordering, i added $15 of my own to it making it $20 paid for...

with $40 left to go (plus tax im sure), I traded in (Mario Galaxy (with the new one coming out, i know i'm never gonna play through the first again anyway)$21, Star Wars Clone Wars (gc)$10.45, Star Wars Bounty Hunter (gc)$9.63, Theme Park Roller Coaster (Ps1)$1.10, Star Wars superbombad racing (ps1) $1.10, and F-zero gx (gc)$6.87. ....

i'm gonna have to double look at this.. i know cali's tax is high right now.. but the reciept says my trade in's totalled $50.79... and i already put $25 on it.. shouldn't $75 of covered it? ...... they did sign me up for there trade in bonuses program which upped the price back on my games... but they said that and the magazine perscription was free... ill have to check.. the $50 might total what i paid cuz she originally said i only got $35 off...

anywho... i just aparently have to pay $10 tomorrow and i'm good

My Gamestop doesn't have a midnight release, unfortunately. This is one of the few games I would actually drag my ass out of the house at midnight for, too. But whatever.

I'm planning to trade in God of War 1 and 2 toward MUA2, since I'll probably rent the PS3 GoW collection when that comes out anyway.

Mine is having a midnight release. My wife and buddy are coming with me (it's right across the street from my apartment). We're planning an all nighter. I traded in a bunch of my old games to pay off this one. So I totally feel ya.

Nah, ur good. You can pay it off and make any trades when you go to pick it up. They suggest you do everything in advance tho, to make things move quicker.
