RyuuieThat's why Punisher wasn't in M:UA 1. XD They haven't done **** with the license said:
With licensing, isn't there a rule that unless a developer uses it, they lose the rights? Thats why Fox is trying to churn out so many crappy, hasty x-men things, as well as a ff and maybe DD reboot, because they're worried about losing their franchises back to Disney and marvel.

But since it's been so long since THQ did anything with their punisher license, I find it odd that it hasn't reverted back to Marvel.

I'm not sure about that.

One reason that FOX is trying to churn out so many crappy things is money, of course. They know the casual movie goers LOVE it, so they make more...and more....and more.

THQ probably has a contract like Activision does, they hold Spider-Man and the X-Men until 2017 (for now).

I watched a episode of that Super Hero Squad the other day. It was pretty funny actually, in a utterly ridiculous sorta way. Mole Man sounds like Gollum

I find it amusing. It's a good way to introduce my daughter to Marvel. She's only 7 months so her attention span is till short lol. Plus the wife would like playing this type of game.

In regards to the actual cartoon, I don't understand why they went with mini, stumpy looking designs - I mean, if they'd been normal height/girth, but still child-like or simplistic in design, I might actually have liked the show a little bit.

The roster in the game is pretty interesting, it's got Night Crawler, Silver Surfer, Abomination, Sabertooth, Crimson Dynamo. I mostly want to have a family Marvel game to play with my wife and daughter when's a little older.

Personally i wish the show was more like Batman: the brave and the bold. :( Oh well my 3 year old cousin can luckily watch it for free on cartoon network's website and hey if thats a good way to introduce him to some cool superheroes, it does its job as a children cartoon. :) It just makes a nerd like me feel abit "bleh" knowing these awesome VAs are doing a such a kiddie show for kids. =P

I'm still pretty sure a license can lap if its not used for a certain period of time.

it really depends on the language and conditions of the contract

-some contracts have a start and an end date, and at the end of that time the rights revert back unless a new agreement is reached

-some are usage contracts (which Fox has) which state that the party using the license has to produce something within X amount of time to retain the license or the rights revert back to the licensee. but those contracts also have a start and end date. Fox doesn't have the film rights "in perpetuity"

Hey guys, I need a little help with the Juggernaut code. I pre-ordered from Gamestop. I have a reciept with numbers on it but I don't know where to enter them?
My friend pre-ordered and Gamestop just emailed him a code, I didn't get anything. What do I do?

the receipt should tell you to go to a site where you redeem the code. >_>

Wow, how come the Gamestop site says all codes are gone? Yeah that's a bunch of ****.

To clarify things, that site where you enter the number, gives out VIP codes and the Juggernaut code. But when they ran out of VIP codes, they closed it down. What you have to do now is to contact the customer service with your receipt number.

Though you're kinda late. Waaayyy late. So don't blame them if they don't have any codes anymore.
