Also this shooting was like 4 years ago wasn't it? How the hell has he not been trailed & found guilty already? 4 years & it's as open & shut as you can get. @C. Lee I don't know if you've any interest, but the only reason I can recall that animal's face is a month or 2 ago this popped up in my recommend videos on Youtube & I watched it.

Near the end of that video I posted, when the narrator is summing up the situation with him it does say that prosecutors are pursuing the death penalty & that his lawyer said he would plead guilty in exchange for a life sentence.

Even still though, 4 years & it's yet to be concluded is just mind boggling. I wonder how long it takes for the justice system to process other crimes that require a lot more thorough & detailed investigation(s) to discover the truth & present to a jury.
