Well, I think the Kanye/Taylor Swift incident recently has underscored the importance of civility in the music world. Unfortunately, many of these music artists are so immature and stupid--despite the millions of records they've sold or how much money they've made. And so many have reaped the consequences of feuding via radio, just look at Biggie, Tupac, etc.

A great recent example of how acting petty on wax can kill your career can be found in Mariah Carey. She released that silly "Obsessed" single as the lead from her album as an attack on Eminem. It comes across childish and petty and it soured people's view of the album overall. As a result, it's bombing.

Halle Berry. I don't even have to explain this, but my disapointments in her recent acting choices set aside, Halle is one of the most beautiful women I have ever laid eyes on. She's a goddess in fleshly form. Another stunning actress I find incredibly sexable is Morena Bacarrin...her short pixie cut on V is driving me crazy in a very upwardly mobile way, if you know what I mean. Where's the salivating emoticon?

Also, Chris Meloni from SVU. First of all, that man has an azz that defies gravity. Secondly, he reminds me so much of my ex; they have very similar macho mannerisms and their voices sound alike also. The HBO series OZ displayed this actor's prowess in all areas--not just in the nudity or sex scenes, but most importantly him being able to truly play a gay character that defied stereotypes. I could identify with him because he was a real "man's man."

Right now I am following Astonishing closely. I am overjoyed that Storm has returned and I'm hoping that Joe Q will somehow retcon all of the mess that Reginald Hudlin did to her and T'Challa in the Black Panther book--which is now a rag mag thanks to his non-talented hackifiedness.

Yes, shocked actually. But like I said, I have been blessed to meet some of the best internet personalities on this site over the last several years so those connections mean something to me (even though I will likely never see these folks in person, I see them in spirit if that makes sense). It's great to see folks coming through to my party.

I'd like to talk more about politics, music and relationships. I am really surprised that none of my friends here have asked about my break-up but I understand a lot of that comes from respecting my privacy. But I am ready to talk/vent about it.

Most of the more popular Hype Populace have shown up and dropped some really intriguing questions, so I'm grateful for that. But I feel like I am a part of two different Hype voting parties: The Blue and the Reds. That said, I'd love to see some of my fellow reds stop through (although it's been great to have Immortalfire, C. Lee and Demogoblin show some love). I am missing Kel and Hunter Rider; they are two of my oldest friends here but we don't get to talk as much as we used to...we're all so busy working here now. But still... I miss our tight bonds.
