Yep, it was in Sam Hamm's original script. Catwoman scars him and he becomes Two-Face for the third film. I'm sure it would have been pretty cool.

I think Max is an ok character, but to me he dosent fit that well in the film, let alone the batman universe, wether he's from the comics or not.
