Of course it should happen, and it should be clear, toward the end, that Hulk would, but then as Jolldan suggests, if the others join, the team should win.
Comics aren't the Bible or the Magna Carta
Yeah im not sure if Ben is known for this would be cool to see him fight a lot more technically than Hulk winning initially just due to his more technical approach before the strength factor becomes too much for him.
Can just picture Ben badly loosing a game of Mercy using both hands against just one of Hulk's, Susan uses her force fields to stop her from being crushed by Hulk's other hand, Reed wraps himself around Hulk from the legs up ground anchoring himself to structures to try and hinder Hulk's movement. Then let Jonny come in with a supersonic supernova punch to put the green goliath down. (I have no idea if that's something Johnny can even do but it sounds awesome haha)
When it comes to comic book films... yeah they kind of are.
I'd rather a third Thor Vs. Hulk fight in the middle of a city with beautiful vehicle tossing destruction.
No they are not. The films take inspiration they are not bound bylaws and comics are just colourful books. just because something happened in comics it doesnt mean it has to happen in live-action.
Only if it's world breaker Hulk where Hulk wins like he's supposed to. I wasn't really fond of the draw in Ragnarok where they made it seem like Thor would end up winning.

I wonder if we'll still have Mark Ruffalo by the time Marvel get around to making an MCU F4 film.
Nah, I think Ragnarok nailed the difference between Thor and Hulk. Thor isn't the God of Strength so Hulk is physically stronger (but Thor is strong/durable/skilled enough to make it one hell of a fight). Thor is the God of Thunder though and his lightning is what makes him overall more powerful than Hulk.
There's a reason the writers had Thor conveniently off-world/unreachable for the World War Hulk storyline in the comics.

In Infinity War while most saw Thanos use the Power Stone to take down the Hulk so fast I saw a trained fighter using technique to deal with a brawler before he knew what hit him.
Thanos, Thor and Iron Man have all put the Hulk out for a count but I think the Fantastic Four team and not Thing alone should do it in a first meeting.
Should it happen - Absolutely yes!!
Who would win - Hulk (but Thing would put on a hell of a show)
Yeah I felt Ragnarok did both characters justice to be honest. The Avengers was a draw with the slight edge for Hulk so it was only right for Thor to get the slight edge this time around.
