MCU Wolverine in Alpha Flight or X-Men

I know how it went in the comics, but we know the backstory revealed later....

Alpha Flight, as they've mentioned Department H in the MCU (Widow said it.).

This... Is interesting.

Hmm... I think they would go the traditional route and just have Xavier recruit him onto the team. However given the backstory from the comics it would be something if they gave us Wolverine as an agent of Canada in a supporting role capacity in some other film before the inevitable jump to the X-Men.

Actually, I like this Alpha Flight idea. That could be a cool movie.

I would like to see him in both if possible.

One option if you didn't want to rock the boat on X-Men til like 2022 or something is in 2021, do Alpha Flight and introduce Wolverine! Then go from there.

Yeah, I think Wolverine could first be introduced in Alpha Flight, and he doesn't get along with them and quit. And then when he finds the Professor and offers him a place on the team he says: "I didn't go along with the last team I was on. What makes you think this will be any different?"

Yeah, so many interesting possibilities and different ways they could introduce individual X-Men and F4 guys.

Post credits, have something in his head compelling Wolverine to go a certain way, and he walks out onto the X-Mansion!

You can have that one Marvel.

Let's have a Wolverine vs Hulk movie with Alpha Flight featuring, taking place in the snowy Canadian wilderness. They would be the team hunting down Weapon X after he goes rogue, but of course Wendigo and the Hulk stand in the way. At the end Professor X can appear with Storm and/or a young Ice-Man( who could easily be a cgi stand-in if the part isn't cast by that point) trying to take Logan in. Next up, he's on the team in time for an Avengers vs X-Men movie.

I just think if Alpha Flight is made first before the X-Men, they could overshadow the X-Men's first MCU film. And I'd rather have the Wolverine in X-Men films than have another string of films featuring his solo quests without the X-Men.

I wouldn't have any problem with that at all.

If we have an Alpha Flight movie, who will you cast?

I think for the twins, Northstar and Aurora, cast Joe Jonas and Camilla Belle

They already look like each other. Yes, it might be a bit awkward because they were an item, but they looked odd together anyway because they looked related like brother and sister. So it wouldn't be a stretch at all to have them as twins. They look more related than Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor Johnson did.

I’m all for Alpha Flight on TV so Wolverine belongs with the X-Men. Same goes for X-Factor on TV.

I don't think we'll ever get X-Factor on TV. People will expect to see Simon Cowell. Same with in the movies. People will be thinking that it's a talent show for Marvel actors and actresses.

I think it’d behoove them to build up to Logan appearing in the MCU, never mind joining the X-Men, so I’ll go with Alpha Flight.

I'd go with a cameo appearance in a Hulk movie (if they can get the rights back). Just have him show up briefly to fight Hulk and Wendigo.

He can remain mysterious like in the comics, and people (within the universe) can wonder who he is. Then they can follow that up with an Alpha Flight movie where it can be revealed he was sent out by them to fight the Hulk and Wendigo.

Or they could have that Hulk/ Wendigo battle in an Alpha Flight movie. After all, Alpha Flight have battled Wendigo as well. And all of this happened in Canada.

I don’t think a Hulk movie will be happening any time soon, so they’d both probably have to appear in another person’s move to make that happen.

I’d have actually really liked to see the new Wolverine have a brief skirmish with Iron Man. Stark would definitely be impressed by adamantium.

I prefer that the first person Wolverine encounters isn't Iron Man but Hulk, like in the comics.

Or if Wolvie is going to encounter anyone, maybe it could be Black Panther. Then it could be a duel between Adamantium and Vibranium. Or Wolvie could meet Cap who also has a Vibranium shield.
