Justice League Members of the first justice league movie

I'll be fine with Batman/Superman/WonderWoman/Flash/GreenLantern. Aquaman would be sweet but I'm not expecting him to be in the movie.

I'm not familiar with Cyborg, so I don't care about him.

My point is, as an ensemble cast, they need to have balance. "Friends" for example, Joey, Ross and Pheobe are the center of the group, Chandler is a straight character, and Rachel is too, and Monica is well...boring, but ultimately the six together work very well.

The animated series of Justice League, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Flash were like the favorites, or at least in my opinion. Hawkgirl, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern who were more straight, just balanced the league.

I don't accept that the JL are all so similar. Even in the trinity, you have a warrior princess, an orphaned billionaire detective, and an alien farm boy journalist.

GL's ring is not based on magic, its a alien hi tech device.

Do you not thing that due to the popularity of the TV Show they may throw Arrow into it straight away.

Ideally I would love the movies & tv formats to interlink like Marvel are doing with here cinematic universe and tv universe with Agents of Shield and the u and coming Daredevil series.

Arrow and Flash could continue keeping the momentum going with there respective shows between movies. Other characters, Green Lantern/Aquaman e.t.c can have there solo movies also.

Apart from the holy DC trinity, I just want to see Martian Manhunter, I think he would be amazing to see and Snyder doing his powers has the potential to be jaw dropping.

I hope to also see Green Lantern as well though.

I take your point but I don't see how it would drag anything down, TA good jb has been done with Arrow and a small role in some of the films I cant see making or breaking a movie.

Plus having Arrow appear in the movie would please the current Arrow fans who may or may not be comic fans in general and push them towards watching the movie plus a new audience could then be drawn towards the show.

I'm not saying all the characters should cross over but just Arrow himself, much like in Agents of Shield/Avengers movies. 1 or 2 characters jump between.

We have to have a Flash/Supes race. It has been a mainstay of every medium where they have met.

Delighted as I am with the inclusion of Cyborg, my revised line-up would be:

I would love to see characters like Swamp Thing, Animal Man and/or Vixen at some stage, as they contribute a lot to the variety and scope of the DCU, beyond the principle "spandex" characters.

That's a nice balance, really, and it shows three spheres of influence within the DCU:

"Sci" Fi - Supes and Cyborg
Mythic/magical - WW and Aquaman

I´m thinking MoS/Batman/Wonder-Woman/Cyborg and probably 1 of these: Aquaman/GL.

Why I say that is because WB are not sure if they´re gonna fuse small- and bigscreen. They´re waiting for response on the Flash series. That´s why they don´t cast a new Flash or Green Arrow and possibly even Green Lantern. Yes GL is gonna be teased in Arrow and eventually show up but I´ll admit that´s lightyears from preventing them from rebooting GL here. I actually think he is the missing piece in all this. A fresh start for GL could be awesome. And since they´ve made clear they´re only teasing GL for later, they get more time decide about GL but no way Flash or Green Arrow is in the League. GL is a maybe but I think Aquaman for the first movie.

I would love if Flash got a solo film after JL and GL as well. Then at the end of GL we get to see that his space sector is in danger which really is about white martians.

Really don't like the idea of Cyborg as a founding member, he's a Teen Titan, that show gained a huge fandom, they should keep pushing it, instead of sexualising Starfire and pushing Cy out of the Teen Titans.

I've gotten comfortable with the idea of Cyborg in the League. Maybe I'm just a sheep that can nod in agreement to anything that's put in front of me sometimes, but with the JL the roster is switched around so much that I can't come up with any good arguments for why someone CAN'T be a member.

For that reason, I don't know if Martian Manhunter will be included. I'd like for him to be, but I doubt it will happen since DC seems to be trying to associate him with every team EXCEPT for the main Justice League in the comic books these days. Though I'd love to see the scene from Justice League Volume 2 in the New 52 adapted into the films at some point - the one where the League tried to recruit him for membership and he proceeded to beat the snot out of the big six (the New 52 lineup minus Cyborg). That one panel made the entire volume for me

So, that said, I want the New 52 Justice League lineup for the first movie: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Hal Jordan's Green Lantern, Barry Allen's Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg.

But if, for some reason, WB remains adamant about excluding Green Lantern (for the 2011 flop) and Flash (since he's got a TV show they don't want to mess with), I would be fine with an alternate lineup.

Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman are locks obviously. Aquaman should be top priority as well, but I'm not sure how that'll go. Cyborg is probably in. That leaves two open spots that can go to another female character maybe (Element Woman? Rhonda Pineda Atom (to set up for her betrayal)?). Probably not Zatanna or Black Canary since they're in Dark Universe and Arrow respectively.

Spot number seven could go to Hawkman, Ray Palmer's Atom, or maybe a different Green Lantern? John Stewart maybe? I'd doubt that more than Hal, but if it happened, I guess I would be in no position to complain.

Haha, agreed. The others are great but MM is my favourite JLer outside of the big 3.
