too bad marvel already did this...it could have been a fun introduction for the flash

well not in the same manner but im sure they figure something out...
Didn't X-Men FC do that before them?
The visual potential for MM on film seems like it'd be hard to resist....Not to mention that he's visually amazing, and his potential in action scenes could match Superman's!

he would be so badass on the team... why is DC shafting him now? so dumb, he's got a lot of fans
So far its: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman & Cyborg.
I'd add: Flash, Green Lantern, Black Canary, Arrow.
I've gotten comfortable with the idea of Cyborg in the League. Maybe I'm just a sheep that can nod in agreement to anything that's put in front of me sometimes, but with the JL the roster is switched around so much that I can't come up with any good arguments for why someone CAN'T be a member.
For that reason, I don't know if Martian Manhunter will be included. I'd like for him to be, but I doubt it will happen since DC seems to be trying to associate him with every team EXCEPT for the main Justice League in the comic books these days. Though I'd love to see the scene from Justice League Volume 2 in the New 52 adapted into the films at some point - the one where the League tried to recruit him for membership and he proceeded to beat the snot out of the big six (the New 52 lineup minus Cyborg). That one panel made the entire volume for me
So, that said, I want the New 52 Justice League lineup for the first movie: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Hal Jordan's Green Lantern, Barry Allen's Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg.
But if, for some reason, WB remains adamant about excluding Green Lantern (for the 2011 flop) and Flash (since he's got a TV show they don't want to mess with), I would be fine with an alternate lineup.
Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman are locks obviously. Aquaman should be top priority as well, but I'm not sure how that'll go. Cyborg is probably in. That leaves two open spots that can go to another female character maybe (Element Woman? Rhonda Pineda Atom (to set up for her betrayal)?). Probably not Zatanna or Black Canary since they're in Dark Universe and Arrow respectively.
Spot number seven could go to Hawkman, Ray Palmer's Atom, or maybe a different Green Lantern? John Stewart maybe? I'd doubt that more than Hal, but if it happened, I guess I would be in no position to complain.
The more the merrier I say.
You don't need entire origin movies. Half the people who saw Avengers never saw Thor or Captain America but had no problem because the Avengers movie itself explains who these people are. Simple as that.
Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Vision won't have origin films after all, and I'm sure that'll be fine.
Interesting post but remember the movie universe will have have influences from both new52 and pre-new52 and thier own ideas. It will not be strict on who they will have OR more so in the future.
Like i said if they want to they could still have john stewart in the first film or even have two green lanterns, john and hal and include later vixen or/and icon or swamp thing etc..in justice league 2 or 3rd film if they want too.For marvel in avengers 3 they could have the sentry, hyperion,or captain universe or blue marvel in that that film.
After all captain america and black widow were not really founding members of the avengers but they were included for the first avengers film.
The movie universes for both dc and marvel are they own universes just like the animated series and live tv shows.
This could work if they really want it to work.personally with the wb putting so much into the flash tv series i think they would be down right brain dead not to go the marvel route and have the shows and movies all interlinked
I think they'll add Aquaman too. They've focused a lot on redeeming him, and he is apparently a priority character at WB, they want him to lead his own film.I think we now have solid evidence of the League's eventual lineup. The Trinity is obvious, Cyborg clearly will be a member, Green Lantern will be WB's Hulk, and the Flash will be a member, whether or not it's the TV actor. That makes six members and I bet there will be one more, no more than two.
