Why not Pirates 3, FF 2 are opening some early. GO for it likely would mean a bigger weekend if you ask me. NOt many directors would ask fan opinion so Bay is cool in my book.

That last trailer just made tear up. That was the most "transformers" like stuff I've seen yet.

If you play it they will come!!!

Please let the studio listen to the fans and play this early. Maybe not this one, but I bet the sequel will make history on opening weekend if this movie kicks as much ass as it looks like it will.

Forget the 3rd or the 4th of July. Show it early as soon as possible because the newest trailer has me and I want to see this now. I unlike most people on the internet loves Bay's movies even the Pearl Harbor one.

I might not agree with many of Bay's decisions with this flick, but I have to say, he seem pretty cool.

"Hey, i want to thank everyone for the kind words on the trailer. I'm so used to seeing robots I kind of got bored with the trailer. I forget you have not seen them. When they put the piece together I kept wanting to show our truly awesome shots - but we didn't. I can without a doubt say we have just teased you on this trailer. We have so many awesome shots that will never be in our ads. I bet this will be one of the rare trailers that does not show you the true money shots of the movie.

I would also like fans opinion on opening on July 3rd instead of the 4th. The studio kind of sort of is thinking about which might mean "no". If you spread the word on the Net - they might listen. The 3rd everyone is off from work, I say "what the ****" play the movie - "give'em giant **** robot early"!!!

I say the 3rd, because a lot of people don't go to the movies on the 4th because of other plans. Give it to 'em the day before if they're off with nothing to do.

Dark b, no offense, honestly makes me laugh.

Guys, think about all the shots we've seen thus far... we only got about twenty seconds of new Transformers (robot) material maximum.

1. Skorponok- already saw the show.
2. Bridge- already saw the shot.
3. Jet in the air- I'm pretty sure we already saw the shot of it flying.
4. Optimus transforming- just a couple of seconds max.
5. The transformer and the kid- already saw the shot.

I think the only NEW shot we got was of Meg kicking Jazz and of Optimus and Meg in the fight sequence and a couple of others... point is- it doesn't add up to much.

Anyone that has read the screenplay knows that this is NOTHING compared to what else is in the film.

No offense to Dark B., but I think he's just upset that SM3 showed almost all of their money shots in the trailers... don't get me wrong, I loved SM3. But, boy did they show everything already.

Great for us- Bay and Spielburg know alot better in this department. Save the best for theaters.

And guys, you might hate this statement- but... I'm betting you this is the maximum that we will see. TV spots will use these clips edited together. Then for interviews- you're going to see the more human and less Transformers side of things. Other than that, don't be surprised if all this footage is all that we see till July 4th. Not entire fight sequences a la Spider-Man 3 (Goblin, Crane, Sandman in subway)

While I do like the little joke of having it be released on 747.. sure. Why not?

I'll be there ASAP, driving my own Transformer (and by this I mean by car with the metal Autobots decal in place of the Chrysler logo on the trunk).

Hardly. They showed all those clips online, sure. Most people don't even see those. Then there's a number of shots they held back, such as most of the action from the end.. the initial Sandman 'get up' shot, which was maybe 30-60 seconds and we saw all of 3 seconds in a teaser. I think you've got it wrong. There's teaser shots which are expected to be seen, then they're 'blow people away' shots which everyone's usually pretty good about hiding.

Hey the Mr. Bay, my name is Mike. I'm a big fan of your work and its an honor to actually share my words with you. I have been a transformers fan since I can remember. I know and believe that the movie will be bad ass without a doubt. I must say, that the recent trailer you release has teased me big time. So bad that I want to see the movie today. But anyone, I don't the if the movie comes out on the 4th. I prefer it came out today along with Shrek 3, but begger's can't be choosers. It will be better if came out on the 4th. It will have a more significant meaning. I just can't wait to see it. Thanks for listening and keep up the fantastic work you do with your films.
