BvS Villians Besides Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor-Shadowy mastermind/puppetmaster. He finances the rebuilding of Metropolis, making himself a public hero in the process. He also uses the media to turn the public against Superman (blaming him for the destruction in MOS) and supplying the gov't with anti-Kryptonian tech (while keeping the best ones for himself).

Metallo-Main physical threat. John Corben was a soldier who was heavily maimed during Zod's attack on Metropolis. To save his life, Lex turns him into Metallo. Corben blames all aliens, including Superman, for what happened to him and Lex feeds that hatred and convinces Metallo to attack Superman.

Deathstroke or Lady Shiva-A world-class mercenary who Lex hires to kill Batman.

If certain casting rumors are to be believed, that Callan Mulvey guy and Jason Momoa were up for some villain role. I don't see either of them being considered for a more cerebral villain like Lex (at least not Momoa... don't know much about the other guy). Either seems like he could be a fit for a soldier-type of villain role, and John Corben could fit that bill, since the Secret Origin version of the character made him a soldier.

I guess I could also see either of them as Doomsday, though I'm hoping we don't see that character yet.

I would perfectly fine with this or even Deadshot.

I'm fine with that since Lex is an ordinary man with no superhuman abilities...my comment was more so directed at Metallo.

But, I guess my complaint is contradictory anyway since I stated earlier that I'd love to see Brainiac. haha

I would like Intergang to be maybe hinted at and by doing that you could hint at Darkseid. S an article for example on how thy are taking over the city acquiring new weapons etc. When we do get a Justice League movie Darkseid presence would already be felt.

I'm hoping intergang gets introduced as well....as much as I want Darksied, I get worried that if he's in JL, will he come back again for the second?...and if not how do you raise the stakes after dealing with the big guy?

That could be interesting. I love the concept of the multiverse and if done right, seeing it on the big screen could be f**ing epic. You could even have "cameos" from other version of characters (i.e. show the Anti-Monitor looking at a screen watching Keaton's and Bale's Batmen, Reeve's Superman, etc.).

I know I've seen hints that DC Comics really wants to do Infinite Crisis live action.

So then chronologically in BvS Supes beats the snot out of Batman, Batman saves Supes from a kryptonite-charged Metallo turning Supes' brains into a slushy, then BFF's?

That seems like a likely set of events to me. Given what MoS showed in terms of how Faora and Nam-Ek's fights with Superman went down I think any physical showdown between the above mentioned characters would be quite a spectacle.

I wouldn't mind if Lex didn't actually, they really should just kinda set him up in this movie IMO. I don't know I have a feeling he's gonna have a lot to do with it though.

Brainiac for me should be done similar to STAS. He could be a rogue AI that they banished to the phantom zone. Then in the Zone he finds a way to get out through Dr Hamilton. But be best done in MOS3 for me. I'd also add Kara into the mix and have her located in the ice by Superman, infact I'd start the movie off with a beginning similar to the prequel comic and even tie this in with Brainiac been banished to the Zone.

The problem is though, would how Batman contribute in any way to a fight against Braniac? It seems like Braniac is completely out of Batman's league, Brainiac's power level means Batman couldn't so much as scratch him and I'm not sure how Batman is supposed out smart a being with a brain that is as powerful as a super computer and not have that seem contrived. It seems like if Brainiac, Batman would just be sidelined in the 3rd Act.
