He will be in it... I bet he's the evil/one of the world's smartest man... Need to see him do experiment on people and reverse engineer Kryptonian technology.

Superman and Batman work together to defeat a new enemy-- possibly OMAC (Kirby's One Man Army Corps), created by Luthor using Kryptonian technology. The partnership between Superman and Batman ends poorly as Batman objects to Superman's reckless use of power.

Meanwhile, the revelation of Superman's presence has created a full blown holy war in the Mid-East. Israel launches a nuclear strike and Superman stops the bombs.

Superman is drained by the bombs and in his weakened state faces Batman and loses the fight.
