Wow - that was really amazing. It was great to meet all the SHHers that I did, and of course the movie was stunning. Joker stole the show as expected, however Dent was great as well, and I thought Dawes was picked up nicely. It was very funny seeing the CFB vigilantes out there - I feel like our crew got a better chuckle out of that than most. Great times guys, glad I could share it with you!

It was great to meet a few SHH members and their friends. Unfortunately, there were many of you I didn't get a chance to meet :(
I guess that happens when you're stuck in line most of the time.

It was great to meet up with System Fighter and his crew at Applebees, I'm glad Brian and I were able to hook you up with a few viral goodies. I can imagine being in Fargo during most of the the viral stuff must have sucked. You'll need to move down to the Cities after school ;)

Props to UrbanTerrorist and his buddy for coming all the way from Michigan to see this! I hope you feel it was worth the trip. It was nice talking to you guys in line, hopefully we can stay in contact through the boards.

Postman, C-dubs, CodyMM, Mr. Brooks, SekhmetRose - I never met you guys and gals, I hope you enjoyed the show. I guess we needed those name tags after all. If any of you are in town again soon, let me know, we'll have to meet up and discuss the film or trade swag...or just get something to eat...or something.

Krystal, don't worry, I thought the movie was great, I'll save my extended review for another thread, but I can truthfully say I've never been more proud to be a bat-fan!

I was surprised how few people there were with viral shirts, buttons, and other swag on (maybe I just didn't see you if you were there?). I think a lot of the people there(like the guy next to us) got the email about kickingandscreening after once putting his address into ibihd.com. But it was still AMAZING!

I wore my Riddler tank top instead as a joke... :hehe:

But you may have spotted me with my IBIHD purse...

I was in the middle of the very back row, the people around me didn't seem to know/have much to do with the viral, they just received the email from the joker because they had submitted their email to one of the sites along the way.

I was wearing my CFB shirt, and a woman who was also wearing one stopped me and asked me what the hell it was. I tried to explain about CFB, and she said "Oh, is that the group you're here with?" I tried the best I could to explain and she seemed to catch on somewhat when I said that we arrived here by following the Joker's instructions. She said that WB had made her wear it, telling her that "That is how they'll know you're in charge." What it was she was in charge of, I'm not sure...

I was getting kind of disappointed in the lack of a strong viral fan presence, but then I noticed several WWChicago shirts and that made me feel a little better. Only a little though.

It would have been awesome to meet up with you guys, sorry it didn't work out!

(Oh, and the movie was AWESOME.)

Yeh i did notice that lady wearing the CFB shirt, she sat up top and her chair had a reserved note on it. She was like the only one to have a cell phone in the theater.

I was a little mad that a lot of people got their tickets without doing anything, yet we did some actual work to gain these tickets. Great experience though!

I've been following the virals all along, and got ticket #1 if it makes you feel any better! I even convinced 14 people to put on Joker makeup for the Rory shoot. :clown:

It is lame that so many people didn't seem too hardcore about the virals at the theater, though. Oh well. Hopefully at least the people who were puzzling Friday night snagged tickets, not just email-gettin' folk.

But could someone explain the lady with the CFB shirt? i mean the seats were first come first serve so why did hers have a reserved note

yeah, i too do not know what her deal was. the seats were reserved for her and another lady right? i don't see what their purpose was. especially if she was talking like that about cfb. perhaps she has an odd sense of humor and is a great actress and was completely aware of everything in the arg?

probably not though...

That's funny that everyone noticed her. She did seem a bit out of place. She sat just down the row from me, and it seemed that she was pretty clueless about the whole thing. My guess is she may have been a representative from the local division of Allied Advertising, the Marketing group that Warner Bros. partners with for all their promotional events. I'm still holding them responsible for the Minneapolis Dentmobile mix-up. Her lack of viral knowledge only strengthened my theory.

I should have asked her if I could have her t-shirt after the show...

It was well worth the trip to see that movie. It was cool to meet you guys in person. I still have tons Harvey stuff and 20 extra Gotham Times #3 since I didn't meet anyone but GQJoker willing to trade stuff, we both had similar things and items we couldn't part with. It was especially cool to see and mess with an actual Joker cake phone! Lucky son of a gun! Lol.

So - anyone going to see it again tonight? I've got midnight passes for the Roseville AMC show tonight. We're getting together at Big Bowl probably around 9 for drinks and food if anyone happens to be in the area. Can't wait to see it again!!

Bummer I missed you - I had extra copies of 2 & 3 with me, but gave them all away. I brought my phone too thinking that we might get a message right before the screening or something, but that building's only downfall was the lack of reception! Oh well - no message anyway.

That's SUCH a nice theater. I saw Pirates on one of the huge screens they have, and it was amazing. I hope you guys get that, too!
