Okie well that's one that's not going. Need to know a bit more can/cannot go eat people so I can kind of judge when to leave by (I am 3 hours away from Rogers or St. Michael so it's kind of important especially if I'm going to get the tables).

Well we'll see you there And if I could drink I would indeed have a 'surged' Guinness, but alas, one and a half years is all that seperates me. It sucks being between 18 and 21 Especially up here, you got to be 21 to have all the fun. (But between you and me it's not like I don't anyway )

I won't be there for dinner, but I'm all up for meeting at the theater, depending on when we all get going from my house. I think Applebees takes reservations, so you could call ahead and reserve the tables, too.

And I agree! The worst are the bars that actually card...especially in a certain party-school in Wisconsin...

I know BriGonJinn and myself are planning on getting up to Rogers by at least 5:30 if not earlier. So you can definitely add 2 to the list for dinner. More than likely, we will be bringing at least one and possibly as many as four along with us. We are still finalizing our carpool/schedule situation with the other people in our group.

I will bring along a few GT#2s and I may have an extra #3 so if we meet up at Applebees I'll hook you up SekhmetRose.

Hey Postman, hopefully you'll still be able to get a good seat if you show up at 8. I know only about half the seats in that theater are "great", it's kind of wide and shallow. Who knows, maybe most people won't show until 9 (though, I doubt it). If you need something to do while you're waiting, just find some of us and we can talk bat-stuff.

What time are others planning on getting to the theater? And how many SHHers do we have now? And are there any specific instructions to distinguish us?

I'll be wearing my official CFB shirt and Dent Campaign pin.

I've also got TONS of 3rd edition times from the Chicago CFB event, so if anyone wants one just shout.

So yeah depending on if I can get my cousin up and ready we'll probably be up by Rogers at about 4-4:30, if not earlier, I just wanna get through the cities before traffic stars to get bad, although getting from Rogers to St. Michael should be interesting.

My crew probably won't get there until 8 because there are so many people to coordinate. I really, really, really hope we can still all get decent seats together.

The current number of SHH'ers going to the showing is 12 and as of now there are no specific instructions to distinguish us from the others that will undoubtedly be there. I'll be wearing one of my many Joker shirts and my CFB pin, and I'll jingling keys of doom Should we meet somewhere specific in the theater or maybe some sort of crude name tag? Either that or we can go the air port way and hold up a little SHH sign.

Even though I'm eating before hand I plan on getting to the theater at about 7-7:30, although the way things with my cousin sound I'm not sure if eating is part of the equation or not. I'm waiting for her call to see if eating is in the equation, if it is then I"ll still get to Applebee's early, reserve a table etc, if not I'll be at the theater.

12 that I count that posted, but then you have to remember that each one has a guest and/or knows someone that got a ticket and is also bringing a friend. It's true that only 12 of us are on here but that doesn't mean that there's more out there

As things are starting to swerve away from the going out to eat front (my cousin has no money for food and I don't have enough after gas for both of us) So that's two off the list of eating before. But I'll still be able to meet at the theater, we'll just be there REALLY early. Like 4:00 early.

So yeah, since I'll probably be the first SHH'er to get there I could make up a sign and/or be on the look out for others and gather us into a group.

I was wondering that too... I know there are other forums to follow the virals from, but I joined here because it seemed to have the most people and be the most active. I know several of us have friends with tickets, but that still doesn't nearly count up to the SHHer quota I was expecting!

Okie so it is a definate that I will not be able to make it to eat.

Well, IMAX is it's own format, so there aren't widescreen and full screen versions of it, at least not in the theater. The way the prologue worked, they projected the opening title credit thingies (DC, WB, etc.) in widescreen, it took up the entire length of the screen, it looked pretty much like a screen at a regular theater, only bigger. Then when the prologue kicked in *bam* it takes up the whole huge screen. I had never been in an IMAX before, and it was stunning.

So to answer your question, I believe most of the movie will be in the widescreen format we're used to, taking up the entire width of the screen, just not the height. Then for the select screens, the movie will be effing huge.

Before you go in to the theater, for sure. It doesn't appear they will let you in with ANYTHING and they've certainly given fair warning. If they have us wait outside, you could probably have one person in your group run your phone/camera/grapefruit back to your car while you hold their place in line. Probably best to gauge that at the theater though.

Okay, so how this IMAX is set up is that it is a fullscreen IMAX. (It's been a while since I've gone there - Harry Potter was the last thing I saw on their screen), but there are some seats that are super close.

There's a upper level of seats with a bar in front of the first row - it's not horrible, but a little annoying. Then there's seats lower down - so it's like major stadium seating.

It's seriously an insanely nice theater - it's one of my favorites.

Also, PLEASE COME VISIT ME AT WORK if you go to the dinner. I am going to be bored out of my mind over at the Target next door so come surprise me with SHHers. Here's my myspace www.myspace.com/yard_flamingos
