Chi-town is number 7. I'm shocked. My uncle actually was crossing the street one day and somebody actually hit him, they blamed him for crossing even though he had the right of way.

Well, I have lived in both Cities (Chicago, and Miami), let me tell you. Chicago drivers are nowhere near as horrendous as Miami Drivers. I am absolutely not surprised Miami comes in at No. 1 on the Road Rage chart.
