The "who the **** are you" in that trailer sounds weird coming from Magneto, by the way. It's more like a kind of thing Wolverine would say.

Just an idea, but what if, in this movie, Magneto, with enhancements from Apocalypse, becomes so powerful that during the last battle when he is trying to choose sides he literally begins to manipulate the ferrous mantle of the Earth and begins to stop space. Just speculation, but how cool would it be to see Magneto stop the Earth?

I don't believe he can reach that powerfulness at list in the movies, I don't know if that ever happened in the comics though. Anyway if that happens with Magneto, I guess in a Dark Phoenix scenario with the power-boost by Apocalypse can destroy the whole universe in a moment

However, in the comics, after WW2, Magneto fell in love with a woman named Magda and worked in a european town. He had a daughter named Anya. She was killed in a house fire due to the locals preventing him from saving her due to him beating up his boss for not paying him . He used his powers and killed them in front of his wife.

She ran away into the mountains and gave birth to Wanda and Pietro (Scarlet witch and quicksilver).

anyway, Singer implies that Magnus will have a love interest in poland and that he will be there and Apoc will recruit him after some tragedy occurs.

There was a photo of some foreign police officers in a forest, perhaps they are searching for magnus and will cause the deaths of this woman and possible children?

Thoughts?

Yeah. I don't know if it will be connected with QS and SW. Because QS's mother just seemed like some American woman. But it is pretty much what i'm thinking. Something sets him off.

When Singer mentioned Magneto's "new love" in Poland, my immediate thought was "Magda perhaps?" Obviously she wouldn't be exactly the same character as in the comics, but it'd be a cool little Easter egg nonetheless.
