Homecoming Micheal Keaton IS The Vulture

I wasn't particularly fond of the concept art that was revealed at Comic Con since I'm so used to the classic design, but after seeing him in action, I'm quite impressed. Keaton is fantastic. Just don't kill him off! We need the Sinister Six someday.

I agree. It makes sense for him to wear a fighter pilot helmet since he's flying at high speed. An improvement from the green Gambit headcase.

Got chills at that "I will kill you and everyone you love." line. He's gonna nail this.

Needs green pajamas.:o

I'm sure this would have been more menacing! :lmao:

How anyone can want the classic Vulture suit over this is beyond me...

"Don't mess with me, because I will kill you and everyone that you love." Dang, Birdman not playing around!

Cut to Loki, Magneto and Joker (from The Dark Knight) sitting in a room. In walks Vulture.

VULTURE: Whoa, what are all of you doing here?

JOKER: Hello Vulture. Have a seat, please. We're here because we're really worried you might be taking things way too far....

Vulture: "Hey what's the big deal? All I did was threaten to murder a teenager and all of his teenage friends, oh and his family. No biggie."

We're getting psycho Keaton again, and I am fine with that. Can't wait to see the Founder.

Vulture looks awesome, loved Keaton's line, and I love the suit. He'll do a fantastic job.

I bet that wasn't even in the script, they just accidentally filmed Keaton threatening a no-parking sign and decided to keep it in the movie.

"Don't mess with me. Because I will kill you and everyone you love".

Keaton was intense as hell, and he looks awesome as Vulture.
Makes me want to go back and watch Batman '89.

I like how this also kind of justifies in universe why someone like Vulture would be a pretty big threat to this Spidey. He's strong but still very green and got knocked the **** out by Captain America. So if you have the technology you could very well kick his ass.

See, this is why Keaton and Bale were the best Batmen. Because to be able to play Batman you not only need to be a convincing hero, but you also have to have the intensity to play someone really scary and evil. I can't wait to see what Keaton does here; I just hope Marvel doesn't yet again waste an amazing actor on a severely underdeveloped villain (looking at you, Kaisilliest or whatever your name was). Fortunately, since I knew there was some back and forth between Marvel and Keaton before he signed on, hopefully that means he made sure this character was worthy of his talents.

This got me excited about the film. I hope they can deliver really high stakes that feel present rather than Doctor Strange situation again.

And I really love his design so yea, trailer was not spectacular but I'm really looking forward this film now.

Remind me of this scene. Ironic considering who's playing Vulture.

Hehe, nice point.

+1

The turbines in the wings do distinguish it from just being a Falcon knockoff.

Love the green pants.

I do wonder about the practicality of the turbines. Seems like Spidey just needs to throw a something in them, and bye-bye wings.

From what I recall of the comics, Vulture's style was to combine gliding and powered flight quite proficiently, so I think this Vulture will do the same, with the turbines only being used when necessary. I think Keatonvulture will be as proficient with his tech as Stark is with is.
