Thinkerer and Shocker have been recently confirmed to be, along with the Vulture (played apparently by Michael Keaton), the villains for the upcoming movie: Spider-Man Homecoming.
No one did a thread for them so i saw appropiate to make one for them.

Where was Shocker and Tinkerer confirmed? Is this the toy release things?

They were accidentally mentioned at a toy panel

So happy about Shocker but I'm so worried on his design considering Vulture's design is a beyond drastic change.

Will be cool to get the Tinkerer into the live action films since it will be one of the first times I've seen the character.

Shocker will be awesome. Not a complex villain, but still a definite favorite. And honestly you don't need to do that much to make him believable. Unlike the Vulture who most definitely needed an overhaul. His costume makes sense. All you need are the gauntlets and a suit that's insulated and can take the vibrations. I'd be surprised to see much change in the suit.

Tinkerer? Never heard of him

Its about time Shocker got some love. Although 3 seems a bit excessive, especially for his first film. I hope they find good balance, especially with this having so many characters

Tinkerer is a tech supplier/inventor to supervillains. He will probably help Vulture or Shocker design their tech.

I'm guessing Logan Marshall-Green or Bokeem Woodbine is Shocker. Both of them are rumored to be villains

I was hoping Bokeem Woodbine would be Tombstone but I'd be fine with him as The Shocker :hyper:

I hope shocker turns up in every movie, kinda just as a comic relief for someone spidey just beats up every time

I was hoping Glover would be Shocker but he could make a good Tinkerer too

Does anyone else feel like Bokeem Woodbine is a bit too young to be Tinkerer? Tinkerer is supposed to be old and frail. Bokeem Woodbine by contrast is 43.

Woodbine is probably Shocker. But, it doesn't sound like they're going with the usual old man Tinkerer from the comics..especially if Green or Glover are playing Tinkerer.

Woodbine is the Shocker & Tinkerer has probably already been cast with a younger actor.

Why do you think that Woodbine is Shocker instead of Tinkerer?

And Glover was never named as an antagonist. Green is 39. Glover is 32. I really feel like Glover or Green has a better chance of being Shocker.

Woodbine also is best known for playing a stoic character on Fargo. Shocker is more of a manic comic relief character. I don't think that he's Shocker.

And I also feel like Glover is probably either Abe Jenkins who won't become Beetle or Mach until the sequel or he's Phil Urich who's going to take over his uncle's role in the MCU.

But that most definitely is who Bokeem is. Also Glover as Abe Jenkins? what the heck, that's completely random.

Okay. Explain why you think that Woodbine is Shocker and Green is Tinkerer instead of it being the other way around?

Other than Ultimate Shocker and Superior Foes of Spider-Man, Shocker isn't really a joke villain.

That doesn't explain why you think that Woodbine is Shocker and Green is Tinkerer when Woodbine is older and Green resembles Shocker but neither actor resembles Tinkerer.

Its probably because there was a rumor recently that woodbine is shocker
