Not sure I see a need for a dedicated gaming tablet, but Xbox Smart Glass is awesome. Using my iPad as we speak to browse the net through my Xbox. I tend to watch Netflix before I go to bed and I'll surf around on my iPad so being able to control the Xbox through that is just awesome.
I didn't know you could do that! How does it work exactly?
Well you just download the app to your phone or tablet. Turn on your Xbox then sync the two. From there you can control the entire dashboard with your phone/tablet. Also if you are playing a game with Smart Glass connectivity(like Halo 4) when you do things in game something will pop up on your tablet/phone. Like in Halo 4 if you find a new weapon a description will be sent to your tablet. I think other games will incorporate more. Madden i think will allow the player to draw plays on the Smart Glass enabled device and send it to the game. Really neat stuff.
I'm gonna get something, either a new pc, tablet or mini-tablet. Haven't decided which yet or if more than one.
