That would def be an edgy Storm, it's not so bad unless they actually introduce her in Africa which I'm not seeing them doing I think she will already be in the U.S. when she is introduced.

I guess it depends on what the story requires. I'd love to have seen the Kenyan goddess origin from the comics but i don't know if they'll have time to go into it (though the comics managed fairly well to fit a whole load of backstory/recruitment scenes into the first issue featuring the new team)...

I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't get recruited in Africa. I don't really see Xavier (in this film) recruiting mutants outside America/New York.

I personally think since X2 stopped the accent she probably won't have the accent either

I kind of did want the accent just because TAS spoiled me and I loved how exotic she sounded it was almost like British,absolutely amazing. I do think they could still give it to her and she could lose it over time and it won't conflict with anything espiecally since x2 and x3 are nearly faded away due to new timeline. I do believe she will be based off her Ultimate version though.

Anyway, I kinda wasn't active here for almost a week cos the the ip it had was telling something like "banned". I forgot how to change ip so what I did today is plug off the internet and turned it on again and voila, I can get here now.

Shipp can do fierce in the pictures I've seen of her, but if that's not how Singer wants her character to be then she likely won't be fierce a la Halle Berry whom is fierce in person but not arms Storm
