Monica Bellucci should have been Wonder Woman YEARS ago. And if they were doing a TDKReturns style thing where Bruce was 50 (Brolin)...i would have made Monica-Diana Prince.

But she HAS to be Diana's mother. It's just a must. It would be one hell of missed oppurtunity to not show the origin in flashbacks at least (in Trinity maybe).

But Wonder Woman wasn't in The Dark Knight Returns...

Ummm i know? I never said she was. I said if they were a Dark Knight Returns style thing for Bruce, meaning his age (in his 50s). Anyways, Diana is referenced in the comic so if you want to get into that, id assume she'd be in her 40s.

Monica was my pick for Wonder Woman ten years ago, at this juncture with a 28 year old WW cast I think she'd be ideal as Hippolyta, she has the perfect look even to the point that you could easily buy her and Gal as related.
