The Walking Dead Morgan Jones - Series regular?

To my knowledge, Morgan Jones has been in two episodes of The Walking Dead and again, to my knowledge, he is still alive.

He has been asked several times by Rick to join the group and he's never agreed to join them. Do you think he'll ever become a series regular or not?
