i think the cover SZ is that bad one who turns into NB. the good one has the scar. since the original rivalry between SZ and scorp, and they are emphasizing that a lot, i think it is safe to assume it the cover is the older bro.
and he may not turn into NS this time around
MK has insufferable fan boys too. People are talking enthusiastically about the cover and potential guest characters here. Over on MortalKombatOnline there have been people threatening to boycott the game over Kratos.
What the hell do they have against Kratos??
I would LOVE Jago!
Hell yeah..Jago and/or Fulgore would be epic.

Hmmm, I gotcha. At first, I thought that they wanted to make the rebooted Sub Zero a good guy with no younger brother and without a scar. Thanks for the clarification.
Wasn't there Rumblings of a New KI recently?
I'd like to see a full KI game before any guest appearances. They need to make KI relevant again before they do any crossovers, but Rare has Kinnect shoved up their asses so I have very low hopes of ever seeing KI again.
I think with the resurgence of Street Fighter and hopefully Mortal Kombat and MvC3 we could possibly see a KI get fast tracked.
I hated that and glad that it didnt become a trendone of my favorite game play of KI was the continued life bar. it was such a good idea. i wish all games did that.
I think they will wait to see how the Tekken crossover games do as this will be the first time they will be crossing over with a fighting series with a radically different style than SF. If and when an MK one becomes a reality, it wont be until after the current deal with Namco has run its courseCapcom really needs to stop ignoring the Americans especially considering the Japanese gaming market is becoming highly irrelevant (Seriously Japanese Devs buy a copy of Halo 2 and figure out Matchmaking) SF Vs MK would ****ing print buckets of cash for all parties involved
I guess so.So the Sub Zero that's on the cover is the good Sub Zero (without red scar) and not the bad one who turned into Noob Saibot?
I'll believe it when I see it. I've been hearing KI rumors since the gamecube. As far MK crossovers go, it's either Street Fighter or its a waste of time, after Street Fighter x Tekken, they really have no other logical place to go. Let's just hope this **** doesn't happen: http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/...s-capcom-be-the-next-great-fighting-game.aspx

well any doubt i had in my mind about this game has just been wiped away, and a moment has finally come that MK fans have wanted for years...EVO just announced that MK is tournament worthy and will be at the EVO 2011 tournament this year along with marvel vs capcom 3 and ssf4!!! they dont take crap games into their tournament, and they've declined all other mk's, sounds like this is finally the balanced, tournament worthy MK everyone has wanted for years
What exactly is EVO?
Some video-game event?
I wish i was good enough to merit an entry into the Evo tournament.
