Most Evil Character in Game of Thrones?

1 MEL/Stannis cause its an evil being to burn your own daughter for wealth and Power.
2 Ramsey Snow- But really seeing Roose. Id Say he made him this way.
3 The Mountain cause he too me is the force of evil on the show.
4 Tywin/Cersei/Joffrey.
5 Littlefinger.

I don't really think it's wealth that Mel burns people for.

For Stannis it wasn't just about wealth and power.

Firstly he thinks he was screwed out of what is rightful his. Tommen is illegitimate and he is rightful king as the 2nd born Baratheon.

Secondly Stannis knows the white walker army is coming and wants to secure the kingdom in time so that they stand
a good chance of fighting them off.

Craster. As much as I hate Ramsay and Joffrey, I don't think you can get any worse than a guy who rapes his own daughters and murders his sons.

Ramsay of course! Joffrey is a kid in training but even then he's way off course to get to Ramsay's evilness.

Its Roose, and it isn't even close.

Roose does a lot of it for business, to achieve military and strategic goals, to keep his people and opponents fearful. Ramsay would happily do it all day for fun.

I think it goes back to the old histories where you had Boltons flaying and wearing skins to try to gain the same kind of warging magic as the Starks had. That seems to be the foundation for Roose's character since he's been working toward breaking the Stark's powerbase.

Cersei is the most evil. She manipulated all the evil that everyone else did. She sent an assassin to kill the Stark boy after he survived being thrown from a tower for catching her f**king her brother. She murdered her husband. She manipulated Ned Stark's death, plotted Sansa Stark's death, plotted her son's wife's arrest, etc. She's less direct than Joffrey, Littlefinger, or any other villain on the show.

then i'd go as far to say Baelish is the worst, he literally started it all by getting Lysa to poison her husband and send a letter to Catelyn

Ramsey without a doubt.

Littlefinger started the war and handed Ross over to Joffrey, but he doesn't do it for pleasure. He does it for power and control and to make sure Varys knows exactly who he is dealing with. Cersei does what she does to protect her family, but mostly her children. The prophecy she heard as a child and her mother dying in birth really messed her up. Jofferey was a spoiled brat who thought he was above consequences, and he was never able to develop empathy for anyone.

Ramsey tortures, rapes, castrates, skins, and just generally kills people because it gives him pleasure...maybe even sexual pleasure. He is on another level of evil compared to other people in the show.

The Mountain is evil too. What he and Ser Amory did to Elia and her children was awful. Hell, what he did to Gregor over a stupid toy was some Michael Myers level ****.

Refresh my show memory. Did Ros doublecross Littlefinger by acting as an informant for Varys?

Ramsey is a very "in your face" type of evil, but that doesn't necessarily make him the most evil (although he is right up there).

Cersei, on the other hand, is far more subtle in her evil plots. And her plotting is far more than "just protecting her family". Plotting to have Bran Stark assassinated in his bed after already having Jaime throw him out a window is pretty damn evil in my book. Having her own husband poisoned. Having Margyrie Tyrell arrested just because she doesn't like her. She wants to kill Sansa Stark just for being born a Stark. The list goes on and on.

The Mountain and The Hound I think are more the consomate soldier. They rape and murder when ordered to. They protect widows and orphans when ordered to. The Mountain might take more perverse pleasure in the former than his brother did, but for the most part they're both soldiers following orders.

Had Joffrey lived, he might have surpassed his mother in evil. He was a cruel and demented little s**t. He may even had outdone Ramsay in his depravity. Alas we will never know, thanks to Littlefinger.

Cousin Orson Lannister. What he did to those poor beetles was horrific.

kuh kuh kuh

I would have said Ramsay but after this most recent season, it's gotta be Stannis.

He burned his daughter because he thought it was necessary to save the world. I wouldn't call him evil so much as deeply deluded.

I agree with Best Girl. He never even looked at Shireen while she burned. Afterwards, up until Brienne ended him, he looked like a broke man who realizes that he's already lost. You could especially see it when he drew his sword as the Bolton army was closing in on his army.

Wait. What? I thought he did it because he thought it was necessary to claim the throne.

So much of that series goes over my head. I have trouble keeping track of what's going on and who's who. Maybe in some twisted logic he could think that, but I'm a parent and I can't even fathom something like that.

I'm not convinced she did. The fact that they didn't technically show it makes me think something else happened there. It just seems like such an odd editing choice given the violent nature of the show to NOT show that. They must have something else up their sleeve.

yeah i don't think she killed him either. Brienne's so big on honor and all, i hardly see her slaying him as he lays broken at her feet

Stannis is aware of the White Walkers, he hasn't met one but he knows Melisandre believes he is a legendary warrior reborn.

Oh...right :o

I think I need to rewatch the entire series before season 6.

There were also those scenes in season 3 where Stannis visited Davos in prison and said that it was his job to prevent the Night That Never Ends, and when Davos released Gendry Melisandre confronted him and warned him that he had doomed thousands.

It's pretty much the entire reason he went to save the Night's Watch when every other king couldn't give a ****. He's been told he's the savior of prophecy by a powerful sorceress, and that its up to him to stop the White Walkers from turning the world into one of eternal darkness and death. He even has a scene with Sam in season 5 where they discuss the White Walkers approaching and how they need to prepare for that battle.

From my point of view the Starks are evil.
