Movies you hate or think are overrate that everyone else loves.

it's pretty much equal with it's predessecor, it was one of those films where I walked out and thought to myself, what just happend the past 2 hours of my life

Kind of how I felt when I saw Freedomland, Unleashed, and kungpow.
Though now I actually like Kungpow. Yeah I said it.

i loved both unleashed and kung pow especially kung pow, toungue is by far the greatest character in cinema history

because, it was the first film where jet li displayed true acting abilities, and it had all the aspects of a brutal action movie, but contained a great deal of heart as well

I hated it.
The plot was thin and strung out, the ending was stupid, and there wasn't nearly enough action. It sucked and after I watched it I made plans on hunting down Jet Li and seeking revence with my friends. But we aborted the plan because of the consequences.

i'm sorry but you liked batman & robin and thought clooney was the best batman

I was a kid when I first saw it. And it left a good impression on me even until this very day. I still don't see whats wrong with it.

NIPPLES!
BLUE BATSUIT!
BATGIRL IS ALFRED'S NIECE!
AH-NULD AS FREEZE!
COLD KILLS PLANTS!
BANE AS A BRAINLESS STOOGE!
"HI, FREEZE; I'M BATMAN."

It's a mockery of everything we love about Batman. It's loud, colorful, poorly cast, badly acted-it's a 2-hour toy commercial riddled with bad jokes & gay innuendo.

I'll also add to my list Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat Annialation.

Yo, you guys are being too harsh. Every adaption from comics to movies has a slight difference.

1-I can see Bane as someone's stooge.Even a brainless one.It didn't really kill his character since Bane is all about muscle anyway.

2-The switch from Batgirl the daughters detective to Batgirl the butlers neice was pretty good actually. Especially with Gordon not in the movie.

3-Nothing was wrong with a dark navy batsuit. It looks better than the Adam West version.

4-Arnold S(I'm not even going to attempt to spell his last name) was a great Mr. Freeze. I saw no problem with this.

5-As for the nipples.... yeah that was just weird.

I didn't mind Bane as someones stooge either, but in all fairness the dude broke batmans back, he should have been more destructive in that movie. I also didn't mind that Batgirl switch, by my main problem was in Batman Forever, Robin spent the whole movie trying to become Batmans partner in crime, then in Batman&Robin Batgirl becomes Batmans sidekick just like that, no problem. I hated the suit though, even the end when they changed the suits, God wtf was going on? I didn't mine Arnold as freeze.

Who liked Mortal Kombat Annihilation? Y'all keep posting unpopular movies, which means you don't get the idea behind this thread.

1-Bane is not someone's flunky. He is one of the most cunning criminals Batman has ever faced. He is most certainly NOT "all about muscle".
2-Gordon was in that travesty, just in a diminished role. And there was no logic to Barbara's story at all. She's this mysterious niece that Bruce never knew Alfred had, she grew up in London but has no accent, Alfred has no clue what she's been up to but makes her a costume & gives her the disc w/all the secrets of the cave (&makes a Max Headroom of himself.:whatever: ) & Bruce gives her no resistance whatsoever?
3-Ever seen a blue bat? I never liked him in blue, it makes no sense.
4-Arnold was horrible. Freeze's strength comes from the suit, not from muscle. He's not a happy-go-lucky, wisecracking, cackling Joker wanna-be. He's grim & bitter, like you'd be if you had to wear a refrigerator everywhere.
I swear, I could write a book on what was wrong with this movie. Like Batman's entrance to the museum. It took me a year to figure out why it bothered me so much & then it hit me; it was Fred Flintstone's signature move. In fact that whole opening scene played like a 6-year-old wrote it. The hockey fight, dinosaurs, Freeze's getaway car turning into a rocketship, Batman & Robin surfing through the air while Freeze flies off on giant wings-take your pick.
But hey, if you liked it, fine. Just tells me you prefer the goofy Batman over the Dark Knight. I personally watch no version of Batman that's not clad in black & seen as a creature of the night.

Precisely. He's more about brains than muscle, more about planning and plotting elaborate mechanisms with which to weaken his opponents than he is about beating.

As for movies I hate that everyone else loves?

SPIDER-MAN 2. Or as I prefer to call it, "Whiner-Man."

I could probably write a freaking novel on how much I hate that movie. I doubt you guys want me to fill up this topic with batterings of the supposed "golden goose" of superhero films, though. Suffice it to say that the first film was flawed and the second one was just crap in my eyes, and I'm ready for someone to bump Sam Raimi out of his control over this franchise.

This leads one to ask, what is your "golden goose"?

I appreciate Batman Begins for what it was, I do enjoy it immensely, but I don't put it on the pedestal that a lot of fans do.
I reserve that position-sorry-for Spider-Man 2. But I always try to respect other people's opinions. Like the ones who keep defending his new costume. But I digress.

not to mention absoloutly everything in the batcave, (batmobile included) was equipped with strong blue neon lights which seemed to serve no purpose than to make audiences think batman would be racing vin diesel in the fast & furious sequel
