Escape from LA.
X-men 2000 8/10
imo the best film in the franchise it has really stood well against the test of time
the film was great back in 2000, 9 years later it still is great
Ian Mckellen did an excellent job opposite patrick stewart, you really get the feeling of a giant chess game between the two, which is evident in the comics
"Why do you ask questions to which you already know the answer ?"
and the ending scene in the cell was pure gold
also the cast had great chemistry and shared the screen time
Uhhh, most people like this film.![]()
My opinion of some of these films has greatly changed over the past few years. Sadly, I no longer feel much love for Fantastic Four or the Star Wars prequels.Spoarz™;9746489 said:Daredevil
Hulk
Fantastic Four
Superman Returns
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith
Terminator 3 and Soldier are two I enjoy, but most people hate these. I can understand the hate for T3, but not for Soldier. Am I the only one who feels this way?
I love the Resident Evil films. Most hate em, but not me. They were enjoyable
Episode III IS a really good movie. It only gets lumped as bad because of the other two. But it's still rated pretty high among people.
I view the movies and the games the same way I view uncanny x-men and ultimate x-men. Same characters, but different spins on 'em. I would have loved it if they had done films a little closer to the source material, but I always say take what you can get.I think if the games never existed I would have enjoyed them a lot more but since I'm a fan of the video game series I couldn't force myself to love those films.
They got a couple of things right but screwed up everything else...not a nice balance in my eyes for an adaptation.![]()
