I think solo characters should have, at most, two books. They generally portray different sides of a character, like Detective focusing on mysteries and Batman focusing on over-the-top superheroics right now.

Teams should only have one. If you have a team that's big enough to require more than one book, it's not a team, it's a mob.

I believe you'd more accurately call it a militia.

The day Namor gets 10 books is the day we all die.

I don't mind the multiple X Books, cause they are so many X-Men, that there is a enough for so many books to focus on different stories and characters.

In the long run, multiple books really don't bother me, they just leave the question in me. ''How does Captian America, Cyclops, Wolvie do all these different things?"

Well, they're different teams of X-Men for the most part. It's not just the same X-Men in several different books, and other books, and teams, and team ups and named Wolverine!! ARGHH!!!!

Wolverine should have NO books. For that, I would sacrifice the still beating hearts of a thousand virgins.

I dont find a need for another Avenger title, especially if its from the same writer.

Same writer, same ****.

Spidey should have one book. Its hard to get around the multiple X-books, at least they are seperating the characters better in the recent runs. Also the direction of Wolvie origins seems like it should just happen in the regular Wolvie series. The newest Avengers line-up makes it hard not to split them up seeing as they are mostly big players. Its not the days of Wonderman and Tigra who can stay within a team book

part of the reason, I never tried Spider-man was bc he had so many titles. Amazing, Sensational, Spectacular, Web of, Peter Parker, Marvel Knights, etc... All that stuff intimidated me and made it hard to pick up. I recently started catching up on back issues of Ultimate Spider-man and thank goodness thats only one title

Quesada even said that the sole purpose of Mighty Avengers was to copy the success of Bendis and New Avengers (aka, make a profit off of Marvel fanboys who will buy anything that has Bendis's overrated name on it).

Like Darthphere said same book, same s**t. Just hopefully this team of Avengers won't get their asses handed to them, by Hand ninja.

To tell you the truth. I actually would love to see the Avengers have Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Spider-Man, Hulk, Daredevil, Black Widow, Wonder Man, Ms. Marvel, Yellowjacket, Hawkeye, and Wasp.

I love to see the big names team up. I dunno, it's just so damn awesome to see Marvel's biggest heroes together in one freaking book.

It's just that Bendis does a bad job at it. He adds in characters that don't belong on the Avengers (Wolverine and Luke Cage), characters that are rather boring in my opinion (Sentry and Spider-Woman), and considers characters on the team even though they only been in 3 issues and revealing who they are being such a letdown (Ronin, I was really hoping that Ronin was going to be Daredevil). Then he goes off and *****fies the heroes by getting them beat by the weakest villains possible. He's not cut for superhero titles in my opinion.
