I doubt they're cameo's. If they were, they would not have gotten these actors. They would've probably gotten some unknowns.

Well Samuel L. Jackson made a cameo as Nick Fury in Iron Man, after the credits, barely in the movie. Robert Downey Jr. in The Incredible Hulk.

This is sure to be a blockbuster movie and even if it's a brief cameo, I don't think any of the actors are too big to pass up the opportunity to get noticed in this movie or the chance to reprise the role in the future.

The only really famous actor they hired, aside from Jackman himself, is Ryan Reynolds, probably to test the waters for a Deadpool spinoff since Reynolds has said again and again that he'd like to do the film. The rest are minor actors.

Don't be. The guest stars will probably be onscreen for a few minutes at most. The thing to be concerned about is the number of cameos the film people are trying to squeeze into the movie. Things are starting to look similar to X3 in that regard.
