The film has finished being filmed. Maybe if it was still being produced, it might be possible, but I think it's unlikely since the movie is done and is in the process of being edited.

Jon Favreau wouldn't have time. It seems like he's very hands-on with the editing... He's probably a very busy guy and I don't think he'd have time to indulge, even though I think he's a fan of fan-related stuff.

It's not the first time he'd tweeted links to fan works revolving around Iron Man.
