NECA's V for Vendetta figure

Has anyone gotten this guy yet or know of an exact release date? Everything I have found on it just says October 2006. I did find one pic of him in compleated packaging so can I assume it will be sometime soon? If anyone has found him, what store did you find him at? Thanks.

PS Sorry if this has already been posted. I didn't see anything about it anywhere else....

I know he's not expected to be released over here in the UK until December 'cos my sis wants it for x-mas. Don't know about the US release date but you guys usually get things a bit before us over here though.
