Netflix’s “The Devil All The Time”

I think Holland, Pattinson, Clarke, Keough, and Scanlen are all great. I like the others, too.

I mean, it might not be the most mind-blowing ensemble or whatever, but it is a really good cast.

I haven't seen Haley Bennett in anything, but the rest are all at least decent to good actors. Like I said before, I think this (and Cherry, though this will be the first test) darker role will give us a better idea of how much range Tom Holland has though.

Bennett is a shoe in for an oscar nom for her work on 'Swallow', if they still doing the oscars next year. But that was with a director who knew how to use her.

Looks good. Holland may be out-shined by the rest of the cast though, Pattinson and Skarsgard in particular.

Very interesting. Trailer gave me much drama vibes besides thriller. Maybe there is even a chance for a Golden Globe nomination for Holland, if the movie is fine.
Stan looks amazing.

I really like the cast and this premise looks very interesting. I’ll definitely be giving it a watch when it comes out.

Pattinson really looks like he's going all in on this as the creepy, sinister Southern preacher. That man is truly a chameleon and I cannot wait to see his performance the most, but honestly everybody looks really good in this including Holland who I am very interested to see in darker and more dramatic roles between this and Cherry.

He has way more talent than just playing Peter Parker/Spider-Man, especially if you have seen him in films like The Lost City of Z, The Impossible and In the Heart of the Sea. I hope he does more roles like this and doesn't get too typecasted the older he gets when it comes to him doing mainstream films.

Yup, this looks great. Can't wait for this. If this movie turns out great, I hope we get even more quality films like this for streaming service to the point where it becomes normal. Streaming isn't just for television. There could be a real great film comeback on the format.

This looks every bit as good as expected. I can't wait. And as others pointed out, Holland has done more serious dramatic work all the way back to when he was just a kid in The Impossible. I'm very happy to see him branching back out with stuff like this.

Also, with this trailer dropping and "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" dropping earlier, do we think we'll be getting a "Mank" trailer within the next week?

This looks excellent. Jason Clarke looks extra creepy this time around.

Maybe it’s just because I know the context, but kind of made my skin crawl with his line about finding a face pretty enough to photograph.

This looks great. Very intense and just from the trailer, hard to tell what exactly is going on. That's probably a good thing.

It's Spider-Man vs. Batman vs. Pennywise vs. The Winter Soldier vs. The Worst John Connor vs. Alice not in Wonderland I would say I'm not interested but then I saw a Little Woman attached, so I'm game. :o

So Pennywise is Spider-Man’s dad and Spidey grows up with Beth March, and they go to Bruce Wayne’s church but Spidey doesn’t think he’s a preacher (he’s onto your secret identity, Bruce!), and Bucky is a sheriff, and John Connor 5.0 (?) and Elvis’ granddaughter who went on that long drive with Bane and Charlize Theron are driving around killing people. Oh and Alice Not In Wonderland is there, doing....stuff.

Did I forget anyone?

The reanimated corspe of the Girl on the Train who was married to Gaston?

The very same one. He's not in this but he was in that film. :D

Me and one of my cinephile friends love playing this game where we write movie summaries referring to everyone by different characters they’ve played.

In the Heart of the Sea- Spider-Man, Thor, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, Scarecrow, and teenage Tom Riddle go whaling....it goes about as well as you’d expect. And then we find out Peter Parker grows up to be Professor Moody and is married to Catelyn Stark and then Q comes to interview him (for....MI6, I guess?)
